Claims (4)
- 유류 오염 토양에서 분리된 유류 분해능을 갖는 리도코커스 종(Rodococcus sp.), 아씨네박터 종(Acinetobacter sp.), 고르도니아 종(Gordonia sp.) 또는 이들의 혼합 배양 균주에서 선택된 하나의 균주군을 유류 오염지역에 접종하여 유류를 분해하여 제거함을 특징으로 하는 특정 미생물을 이용한 유류오염 토양 복원방법.
- 다음 구조식;(상기 식 중, R1, R2는 각각 탄소수 4∼20의 직쇄 혹은 분지형 알킬기 ; R3는 수소, 글루코스, D-글루코사민)의 2-알킬-3-히드록시산 및 그 유도체로 됨을 특징으로 하는 유류 오염 토양에서 분리된 유류 분해능을 갖는 리도코커스 종(Rodococcus sp.), 아씨네박터 종(Acinetobacter sp.), 고르도니아 종(Gordonia sp.) 또는 이들의 혼합 배양 균주의 분해 활성도를 증가시키는 생물활성제.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 다음 구조식;(상기 식 중, R1, R2는 각각 탄소수 4∼20의 직쇄 혹은 분지형 알킬기 ; R3는 수소, 글루코스, D-글루코사민)의 2-알킬-3-히드록시산 및 그 유도체로 되는 생물 계면활성제를 0.0001 ~ 10 중량%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 특정 미생물을 이용한 유류오염 토양 복원방법.
- 유류에 의해서 토양을 채취하여 유류분해 균주를 순수 분리한 다음, 상기 분리된 수백 여종의 균주를 분리하여 배양한 후 그 중 오일 분해능이 우수한 균주를 1차 분리한 다음 생물 계면활성제에 의해 고농도의 오일 오염원의 분해가 증가되는 균주를 선별하여 분리 동정하는 과정을 통해 분리됨을 특징으로 하는 유류 분해능을 갖는 리도코커스 종(Rodococcus sp.), 아씨네박터 종(Acinetobacter sp.), 고르도니아 종(Gordonia sp.) 또는 이들의 혼합 배양 균주에서 선택된 하나의 균주군.
