Description
Claims (16)
- ATCC受託番号PTA−5570、PTA−5571、PTA−5572、PTA−5573、PTA−5574、PTA−5575、PTA−5576、PTA−5577、PTA−5578、PTA−5579、PTA−5580、PTA−5581、およびこれらの組合せからなる群から選択された分離株を含むことを特徴とする、石油系炭化水素のバイオレメディエーションのための生物学的に純粋な細菌株。
- 石油汚染物質を有する汚染土壌の供給物を提供するステップと、
前記汚染土壌の供給物に、石油汚染物質の構成成分を代謝しかつバイオサーファクタントをさらに産生する、少なくとも1種の細菌分離株を導入するステップと、
汚染物質を利用する分離株が石油汚染物質を分解するのに十分な処理時間中に、適切な栄養素を提供するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする、土壌環境からの石油汚染物質のバイオレメディエーション方法。 - 前記土壌内の前記石油汚染物質の濃度は、少なくとも1種の細菌分離株で処理した後に、約100ppm未満の全石油系炭化水素であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 重金属汚染物質および石油汚染物質を含有する汚染土壌の供給物を提供するステップと、
前記汚染土壌の供給物に、石油汚染物質の構成成分を代謝しかつバイオサーファクタントをさらに産生する、少なくとも1種の細菌分離株を導入するステップと、
産生されたバイオサーファクタントの一部を、前記土壌の供給物から定期的に除去するステップであって、前記バイオサーファクタントが、その内部に前記重金属または前記石油系汚染物質のいずれかを含有しているステップと、
前記バイオサーファクタントの一部を除去する前記ステップを、前記重金属濃度が目標値に低下するまで繰り返すステップと
を含むことを特徴とする、重金属汚染物質および石油系汚染物質で汚染された土壌の混合廃棄物の処理方法。 - 前記汚染土壌の供給物は、低レベル放射性廃棄物をさらに含有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 分離株を導入する前記ステップは、ATCC受託番号PTA−5579、PTA−5580、およびPTA−5581、ならびにこれらの組合せからなる群から選択された分離株を添加するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の細菌株を導入するステップは、ATCC受託番号PTA−5579、PTA−5580、およびPTA−5581、ならびにこれらの組合せからなる群から選択された分離株を添加するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 放射性廃棄物および石油系炭化水素を含有する汚染土壌の供給物を提供するステップと、
前記汚染土壌の供給物に、石油系炭化水素の構成成分を代謝し、かつ石油系炭化水素の構成成分を代謝するATCC受託番号PTA−5570、PTA−5571、PTA−5572、PTA−5573、PTA−5574、PTA−5575、PTA−5576、PTA−5577、PTA−5578、PTA−5579、PTA−5580、PTA−5581、およびこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、少なくとも1種の細菌分離株を導入するステップと、
前記汚染土壌の供給物を、前記石油系汚染物質の処理後の濃度が約100ppm未満の全石油系炭化水素になるまで処理するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする、低レベル放射性物質および石油系炭化水素を含有する土壌の処理方法。 - 前記少なくとも1種の細菌分離株は、ATCC受託番号PTA−5579、PTA−5580、およびPTA−5581、ならびにこれらの組合せからなる群から選択された分離株をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記石油汚染物質は、多環芳香族炭化水素を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記多環芳香族炭化水素は、2環式、3環式、および4環式の多環芳香族炭化水素、ならびにこれらの組合せからなる群から選択された多環芳香族炭化水素をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の細菌分離株は、バイオレメディエーション条件下で界面活性剤をさらに産生することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 産生された界面活性剤の一部を、前記汚染土壌の供給物から定期的に除去する追加のステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記石油汚染物質は、多環芳香族炭化水素をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記多環芳香族炭化水素は、2環式、3環式、および4環式の多環芳香族炭化水素、ならびにこれらの組合せからなる群から選択された多環芳香族炭化水素をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 鉛汚染土壌の供給物を提供するステップと、
約1%から約5%またはそれ以上の生体アパタイトの形で土壌改質剤を提供するステップと、
前記汚染土壌に、ATTC受託番号PTA−5580、PTA−5581、およびこれらの組合せからなる群から選択された接種材料をさらに添加するステップとを含み、
このステップの後に、前記汚染土壌が、より低い鉛の生物学的利用能を有することを特徴とする、鉛の生物学的利用能が低下するように鉛汚染土壌を処理する方法。
