Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 신균주인 바실러스 퓨밀러스(Bacillus pumilus) IJ-1의 계통학적 분석 결과이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 신균주에 유류를 분해하는 능력이 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 본 발명의 신균주인 바실러스 퓨밀러스(Bacillus pumilus) IJ-1와 대조군으로 B. megaterium과 Escherichia coli DH5α(대장균)를 이용하여 (도 3a): 원유, (도 3b): 휘발유, (도 3c): 등유 및 (도 3d): 경유를 분해하는 모습을 관찰한 사진이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 신균주가 용혈작용(hemolysis) 능력을 나타냄으로써 생물계면활성제 생산 능력이 있음을 간접적으로 확인한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 신규주의 유류 분해능을 측정하기 위하여, 원유에 바실러스 퓨밀러스(Bacillus pumilus) IJ-1을 처리하여 48시간 배양한 다음, 잔류 원유 성분을 Gas chromatography-flame ionization detector (GC-FID)로 분석하여 분해된 원유 시료 중의 복합 탄화수소류 크로마토그램의 피크 패턴을 나타낸 것이다(A: 대조구, B: 바실러스 퓨밀러스(Bacillus pumilus) IJ-1을 처리구).

- 유류 분해능을 갖는 바실러스 퓨밀러스(Bacillus pumilus) IJ-1 균주(기탁번호 KCCM 11319P).
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 균주는 원유, 휘발유, 등유 또는 경유를 분해할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 바실러스 퓨밀러스(Bacillus pumilus) IJ-1 균주(기탁번호 KCCM 11319P). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 균주는 용혈작용(hemolysis)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 바실러스 퓨밀러스(Bacillus pumilus) IJ-1 균주(기탁번호 KCCM 11319P). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 균주는 pH 4 ~ 10, 온도 20 ~ 50℃ 및 염농도 10% (w/v) 이하의 조건에서 생육이 활발한 것을 특징으로 하는 바실러스 퓨밀러스(Bacillus pumilus) IJ-1 균주(기탁번호 KCCM 11319P). - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 균주는 pH 7 ~ 9, 온도 30 ~ 35℃ 및 염농도 10% (w/v) 이하의 조건에서 생육이 활발한 것을 특징으로 하는 바실러스 퓨밀러스(Bacillus pumilus) IJ-1 균주(기탁번호 KCCM 11319P). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 균주는 유류로 오염된 해양으로부터 분리한 것을 특징으로 하는 바실러스 퓨밀러스(Bacillus pumilus) IJ-1 균주(기탁번호 KCCM 11319P). - 제1항의 바실러스 퓨밀러스(Bacillus pumilus) IJ-1 균주, 상기 균주의 배양물, 상기 배양물의 농축물 및 상기 배양물의 건조물로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 유효성분으로 포함하는 유류 분해용 조성물.
- 제7항의 유류 분해 조성물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 생물계면활성제.
- 제8항의 유류 분해용 조성물을 유류가 오염된 지역에 살포하는 단계를 포함하는 생물환경정화 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 지역은 토양 또는 해양인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
