Claims (8)
- 세라믹 다공질체의 제조방법에 있어서,세라믹 분말에 판상형태의 인상흑연을 첨가하여 세라믹 혼합물을 준비하는 단계;상기 준비된 세라믹 혼합물을 일정 압력으로 한쪽 방향에서 가압하여 성형하는 단계;상기 성형된 성형물을 가열하여 인상흑연을 제거하는 단계; 및상기 성형물을 소결하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 다공질체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 인상흑연은, 세라믹 분말의 부피에 대하여, 5~80vol%의 범위에서 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 다공질체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 인상흑연은, 크기가 100~500㎛의 범위인 판상형태의 인상흑연인 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 다공질체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 혼합물은, 0.1~0.7톤/㎠의 압력으로 가압하여 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 다공질체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 혼합물은, 여러번 나누어서 가압하여 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 다공질체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 성형된 성형물은, 800~900℃의 온도에서 가열하여 인상흑연을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 다공질체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 성형물은, 1450~1650℃의 온도에서 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 다공질체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 인상흑연의 첨가는, 입자크기 및/또는 조성을 달리하여 세라믹 분말에 혼합함으로써 세라믹 혼합물 내에 입자크기 및/또는 조성의 구배를 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방성 다공질체의 제조방법.
