Claims (20)
- 뼈 조직 속으로 이식될 임플란트 표면을 처리하기 위한 방법에 있어서,≤1μm의 세경 직경, ≤500nm의 세공 깊이 및 상기 세공 깊이의 절반에서 세공 직경의 15 내지 150%의 피크 폭을 갖는 세공과 피크를 구비하는 마이크로거칠기를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세공의 직경은 50nm 내지 1㎛ 범위에 속하고, 세공의 깊이는 50 내지 500nm 범위에 속하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, ≤250nm의 제곱 평균 제곱근 거칠기(Rq 및/또는 Sq)가 제공되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 임플란트 표면은 금속 임플란트 표면인 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로거칠기는 불화수소산의 수용액으로 금속 임플란트를 처리함으로써 제공되는 것인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 불화수소산의 농도는 0.5M 미만인 것인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 금속 임플란트 표면은 실온에서 180초 이내의 에칭 기간 동안 처리되는 것인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 불화수소산의 농도는 0.1M 이고, 상기 에칭 기간은 실온에서 60초 이내인 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로거칠기를 제공하기 이전에 임플란트 표면 상에 매크로거칠기를 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 매크로거칠기는 임플란트 표면을 블라스트 처리함으로써 제공되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 임플란트 표면은 상업용 순수 티타늄 혹은 티타늄 합금으로 이루어져 있는 것인 방법.
- 임플란트 표면의 적어도 일부가 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 처리된 임플란트 표면을 구비하는 것인 뼈 조직 속으로 이식되는 임플란트.
- 임플란트 표면을 구비하는 뼈 조직 속으로 이식되는 임플란트에 있어서,상기 임플란트 표면의 적어도 일부는 ≤1μm의 세경 직경, ≤500nm의 세공 깊이 및 상기 세공 깊이의 절반에서 세공 직경의 15 내지 150%의 피크 폭을 갖는 세공과 피크를 구비하는 마이크로거칠기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 세공의 직경은 50nm 내지 1㎛ 범위에 속하고, 세공의 깊이는 50 내지 500nm 범위에 속하는 것인 임플란트.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로거칠기는 ≤250nm의 제곱 평균 제곱근 거칠기(Rq 및/또는 Sq)를 갖는 것인 임플란트.
- 제13항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 임플란트 표면은 매크로거칠기를 더 포함하는 것인 임플란트.
- 제13항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 임플란트는 금속 임플란트인 것인 임플란트.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 금속 임플란트는 상업용 순수 티타늄 혹은 티타늄 합금으로 이루어지는 것인 임플란트.
- 제13항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 임플란트는 치과용 임플란트인 것인 임플란트.
- 제13항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 임플란트는 정형외과용 임플란트인 것인 임플란트.
