Claims (5)
- 400nm 내지 410nm의 파장 λ와 0.84 내지 0.86의 개구수(NA)를 갖고 판독중에 광 데이터 저장매체의 입사면을 통해 입사하는 초점이 맞추어진 방사빔을 사용하여 적어도 판독을 행하는 이중층 광 데이터 저장매체로서,이 저장매체의 일면에 존재하는 기판과,제 1 정보층을 포함하는 L0로 표시되는 복수의 층의 제 1 적층체와,제 2 정보층을 포함하는 L1으로 표시되는 복수의 층의 제 2 적층체를 구비하고,이때, L1은 입사면에 가장 근접한 위치에 존재하고 L0는 L1 보다 입사면에서 더 멀리 떨어지며,L0와 L1 사이에 놓인 방사빔에 투명한 스페이서층과,입사면과 L1 사이에 놓인 방사빔에 투명한 커버층과,두께 dTS0와 유효 굴절률 nTS0를 갖고 L0와 입사면 사이의 모든 층들을 포함하는 TS0로 표시되는 투과 적층체와,두께 dTS1과 유효 굴절률 nTS1을 갖고 L1과 입사면 사이의 모든 층들을 포함하는 TS1으로 표시되는 투과 적층체를 더 포함하는 이중층 광 데이터 저장매체에 있어서,상기 스페이서층이 20∼30㎛의 범위에서 선택된 두께를 갖고, 굴절률 nTS0에 의존하는 상기 두께 dTS0가 도 1의 상부 음영 영역 내부에 놓이며, 굴절률 nTS1에 의존하는 상기 두께 dTS1이 도 1의 하부 음영 영역 내부에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,매체의 전체 영역에 대해 측정하였을 때, 매체의 23mm 및 24mm의 반경 사이에서 dTS0 및 dTS1의 평균값들 각각으로부터의 dTS0 및 sTS1의 최대 편차들이 ±2㎛을 넘지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,nTS0와 nTS1이 모두 1.6의 값을 갖고, 다음과 같은 조건들: 95㎛≤dTS0≤105㎛ 및 70㎛≤dTS1≤80㎛이 충족되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,스페이서층 두께가 25㎛ 또는 25㎛에 거의 근접하고, 커버층 두께가 75㎛ 또는 75㎛에 거의 근접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 1 정보층과 제 2 정보층 모두로부터 신뢰할 수 있는 데이터 판독을 위한 선행하는 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광 데이터 저장매체의 용도.
