前記第2の積層と前記入射面との間の全ての層を含む、厚さdTS1と有効屈折率nTS1とを持つ透過積層TS1と、

Claims (4)
- 400nmと410nmとの間の波長を持つフォーカスされた放射ビームと0.84と0.86との間の開口数とを利用して少なくとも読み出しを行うための二重積層光データ記憶媒体であって、前記放射ビームは読み出しの間前記媒体の入射面を通って入射し、前記媒体は更に、
基板を有し、前記基板の一方の側には、
第1の情報層を有する第1の積層と、
第2の情報層を有する第2の積層と、
が存在し、前記第2の積層は前記入射面に近い方の位置に存在し、前記第1の積層は前記第2の積層よりも前記入射面から離れて存在し、前記基板の一方の側には更に、
前記第1の積層と前記第2の積層との間に前記放射ビームに対して透明なスペーサ層と、
前記入射面と前記第2の積層との間に前記放射ビームに対して透明な被覆層と、
前記第1の積層と前記入射面との間の全ての層を含む、厚さdTS0と有効屈折率nTS0とを持つ透過積層TS0と、
前記第2の積層と前記入射面との間の全ての層を含む、厚さdTS1と有効屈折率nTS1とを持つ透過積層TS1と、
が存在する媒体において、
前記スペーサ層は、25μmの厚さを持ち、屈折率nTS0に依存する厚さdTS0は図1の上側の網掛けされたエリア内にあり、屈折率nTS0に依存する厚さdTS1は図1の下側の網掛けされたエリア内にあることを特徴とする光データ記憶媒体。 - 前記媒体の半径23mmと24mmとの間における、前記dTS0及び前記dTS1の、それぞれ前記dTS0の平均値及び前記dTS1の平均値からの最大の逸脱が、前記媒体のエリア全体に渡って±2μmを超えない、請求項1に記載の光データ記憶媒体。
- 前記nTS0及び前記nTS1は共に1.6の値を持ち、95μm≦dTS0≦105μm、及び70μm≦dTS1≦80μmという条件が満足される、請求項1又は2に記載の光データ記憶媒体。
- 前記被覆層の厚さは75μmであるか又は75μmにかなり近い、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の光データ記憶媒体。
