Claims (6)
- 원주방향을 따라 제습구간, 퍼지구간 및 재생구간으로 구획된 데시칸트 로터와, 공기가 상기 재생구간에 유입되기 전 위치에 배치된 재생 히터와, 공기유동 경로상에 배치된 공기유동 팬으로 구성되어 제습공간을 제습하는 데시칸트 제습기에 있어서,상기 제습공간 내부의 내기(內氣)와 외부의 외기(外氣)가 혼합된 혼합공기가 데시칸트 로터의 제습구간을 통과하여 제습되고, 제습된 공기가 제습공간으로 복귀되는 흡기류, 및상기 내기가 데시칸트 로터의 퍼지구간을 통과하여 열교환된 후, 상기 재생 히터를 지나 재생구간을 통과하여 배출되는 배기류로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 데시칸트 제습기.
- 원주방향을 따라 제습구간, 퍼지구간 및 재생구간으로 구획된 데시칸트 로터와, 공기가 상기 재생구간에 유입되기 전 위치에 배치된 재생 히터와, 공기유동 경로상에 배치된 공기유동 팬으로 구성되어 제습공간을 제습하는 데시칸트 제습기에 있어서,상기 제습공간 내부의 내기(內氣)와 외부의 외기(外氣)가 혼합된 혼합공기가 데시칸트 로터의 제습구간을 통과하여 제습되고, 제습된 공기가 제습공간으로 복귀되는 흡기류, 및상기 흡기류로부터 분기되어 내기와 외기가 혼합된 혼합공기가 데시칸트 로터의 퍼지구간을 통과하여 열교환된 후, 상기 재생 히터를 지나 재생구간을 통과하여 배출되는 배기류로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 데시칸트 제습기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 흡기류에서, 데시칸트 로터의 제습구간과 제습공간 사이에 혼합공기가 통과하는 공기필터가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 데시칸트 제습기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배기류에서, 데시칸트 로터의 퍼지구간과 제습공간 사이에 내기가 통과하는 공기필터가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 데시칸트 제습기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 공기유동 팬은 흡기류에서 데시컨트 로터의 제습구간과 공기필터 사이에 배치된 제습 처리팬과, 배기류에서 데시칸트 로터의 재생구간 이후에 배치된 재생 배기팬을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데시칸트 제습기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 흡기류에서 외기의 유입을 조절하는 외기댐퍼가 설치되어 있고, 상기 배기류에서 재생 배기의 유출을 조절하는 배출댐퍼가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 데시칸트 제습기.
