Claims (2)
- 본체(100)와;다양한 두께로 절단된 빵을 수용하는 빵 받이(300)와;덩어리 상태의 빵을 절단하기 위해 소정의 간격으로 이격되어 있는 칼날(410)과 상기 칼날(410)이 끼워지는 칼날틀(420)이 구비된 절단 부재(400)와;상기 절단 부재(400)를 상하로 작동시키기 위해서, 승강 조작봉(510), 승강 조작판(520), 스프링(530), 벨트(540), 및 모터(550)로 이루어진 구동 수단(500)과;후방부에는 소정의 간격을 두고 이격되어 있는 다수의 제 3 긴 홈(611)이 구비되고, 상기 절단 부재(400)가 상하로 작동할 때 빵의 상향 이동을 저지하는 상향 이동 저지 부재(600) 및;상기 본체(100)의 내부 양측에 설치된 각도 조절봉(210)에 의해 상기 본체에 결합되고, 일측에 소정간격을 이루고 있는 다수의 제 1 긴 홈(221)이 형성된 몸체부(220)와 상기 몸체부의 양측에 결합되고 장공(231)이 마련된 가이드부재(230)와 상기 장공(231)에 끼워져 안내되도록 측면(241,421')에 무드볼트(B)가 장착되고, 선단에는 다수개의 제 2 긴 홈(242a)이 구비된 배출부재(242)가 장착되며, 일측에 손잡이(243)가 갖는 안내부재(240)로 구성된 빵 공급부(200)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빵 절단기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가이드부재(230)의 장공(231)에는 상기 안내부재(240)의 무드볼트(B)가 걸려 고정되도록 상기 장공(231)의 상측으로 연동되게 걸림홈(231a)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 빵 절단기.
