Claims (2)
- 분산된 광의 강도분포를 검출하는 검출소자;상기 검출소자가 강도분포 신호를 판독하기 위해 상기 검출소자에 출력되어지는 판독 신호의 주기를 설정하고 제어하는 제 1 부분;판독된 상기 강도분포 신호에 신호처리를 수행하는 제 2 부분; 및외부로부터 측정 개시신호의 존재 및 부재를 모니터링하고 상기 측정 개시신호의 기다림 상태에서 휴지 상태로 상기 검출소자를 유지하고, 미리 설정된 기다림 시간 후에 또는 외부로부터 상기 측정 개시신호를 수신하는 시점 이후 즉시 상기 검출소자로 상기 판독 신호를 출력하도록 제 1 부분을 제어하는 제 3 부분을 포함하는, 분광광도계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,외부로부터의 상기 측정 개시신호를 받아들이는 시점 이후에 시간을 클록킹하는 제 4 부분을 더 포함하는, 분광광도계.
