Claims (10)
- 양극판, 세퍼레이터, 음극판이 순차적으로 배치된 전지부;와,상기 전지부의 각 극판으로부터 각각 인출된 복수개의 전극 탭;과,상기 전지부가 수용되는 공간부가 형성되며, 상기 공간부의 가장자리를 따라서 열융착되는 밀폐면이 형성된 케이스;와,상기 전극 탭과 전기적으로 연결된 보호 회로 기판;을 포함하는 것으로서,상기 전극 탭은 밀폐면을 통하여 케이스의 외부로 돌출된 부분이 상기 케이스에 대하여 직립된 방향으로 절곡된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극 탭은 상기 밀폐면의 선단부로부터 상기 전지부가 수용되는 케이스의 두께 방향으로 소정 길이 절곡된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 전극 탭은 대략 90도 절곡된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극 탭은 상기 밀폐면의 선단부측과 공히 상기 전지부가 수용되는 케이스의 두께 방향으로 소정 길이 절곡된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 보호 회로 기판은 상기 케이스의 외측벽과 절곡된 전극 탭 사이에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 보호 회로 기판은 상기 밀폐면상에 그 폭방향으로 위치한 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 전극 탭은 밀폐면의 선단부로부터 절곡되는 부분에 전극 탭과 밀폐면과의 전기적 절연을 위하여 절연 테이프가 감싸진 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 이차 전지.
- 양극판, 세퍼레이터, 음극판 순으로 배치된 전지부를 완성하는 단계;상기 전지부를 케이스내의 공간부에 수용하고, 상기 공간부의 가장자리를 따라 형성된 밀폐면을 열융착하여 케이스 내부를 외부와 밀폐시키는 단계;상기 케이스의 외부로 돌출되고, 상기 전지부의 각 극판과 전기적으로 연결된 전극 탭을 전지의 이상유무시 전류의 흐름을 차단하는 보호 회로 기판의 각 단자와 전기적으로 연결시키는 단계; 및상기 밀폐면을 통하여 케이스의 외부로 돌출된 전극 탭 부분을 상기 케이스에 대하여 직립된 방향으로 절곡하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 전극 탭을 절곡하는 단계에서는,상기 전극 탭은 상기 밀폐면의 선단부로부터 상기 전지부가 수용되는 케이스의 두께 방향으로 소정 길이 절곡하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 전극 탭을 절곡하는 단계에서는,상기 보호 회로 기판은 상기 케이스의 외벽과 절곡된 전극 탭 사이에 폭방향으로 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
