Description
Claims (14)
- 구동 장치(10), 특히 자동차의 창유리를 올리고 내리기 위한 구동 장치로서, 상기 장치는 아마추어 샤프트(16)를 포함하는 전기 모터(12), 전자 하우징(36)으로부터 돌출한 프린트 회로 기판(32), 기어 하우징(18) 및, 상기 프린트 회로 기판(32)을 기어 하우징(18) 내에 입체적으로 고정하기 위한 다수의 가이드부(44)들을 구비한 구동 장치에 있어서,상이한 폭(62) 및/또는 길이 및/또는, 아마추어 샤프트(16)에 대해 상이한 간격(66)을 갖는 상이한 프린트 회로 기판(32)을 위해, 상이한 가이드부(44)들이 프린트 회로 기판(32)과 상호 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가이드부(44)들의 적어도 일부는 스토퍼(44, 68, 76, 77, 82, 83, 52)로서 기어 하우징(18)에 형성되며, 상기 스토퍼들에는 아마추어 샤프트(16) 쪽 또는 그 반대쪽 프린트 회로 기판(32)의 측면(70, 74)이 아마추어 샤프트(16)에 대한 최소 또는 최대 간격을 정하기 위해 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 가이드부(44)들의 적어도 일부는, 전기 모터(12)를 향한 및/또는 상기 모터 반대편에 놓인 프린트 회로 기판(32)의 축방향 영역(78, 72)이 상기 가이드부(44)들에 접촉하도록, 기어 하우징(18) 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 특히 프린트 회로 기판(32)을 위한 적은 폭(62)을 갖는 적어도 하나의 가이드부(44, 60, 60')는 웨브(60, 60')로서 형성되며, 이는 프린트 회로 기판(32)과 함께 기어 하우징(18) 내에 삽입될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 웨브(60, 60')는 전자 부품 하우징(36)에, 특히 그 커버(37)에 일체식으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 프린트 회로 기판(32)은 특히 클립 연결부(64)에 의해 웨브(60, 60')에 고정 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 웨브(60, 60')의, 프린트 회로 기판(32) 반대편 측면(58)이 기어 하우징(18)에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 웨브(60, 60')는 프린트 회로 기판(32)보다 길게 형성되며, 그 자유 단부(61)는 스토퍼(82, 83, 52)로서 기어 하우징(18)에 배치된 가이드부(44)들에 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전자 부품 하우징(36)은 별도로 형성될 수 있으며 특히 록킹 부재(42)에 의해서 기어 하우징(18)에 연결될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아마추어 샤프트(16)에 대해서 축방향으로 브러시 홀더(48)가 조립될 수 있으며, 상기 브러시 홀더에는 특히 프린트 회로 기판(32)용 가이드부(44)들이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가이드부(44)들은 적어도 부분적으로 그루브(52)로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가이드부(44)들에 의해서, 하나의 ASIC(80) 내에 집적된 홀 센서(30)를 갖는 하나의 프린트 회로 기판(32), 뿐만 아니라 홀 센서(30)가 직접 설치된 프린트 회로 기판(32)이 양측으로 고정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 프린트 회로 기판(32)은 아마추어 샤프트(16)에 대해 평행하게, 특히 상기 샤프트 상에 고정된 자석(28)에 대해 접선으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 아마추어 샤프트(16)는 웜(20)을 포함하며, 상기 웜은 웜 휠(22)과 맞물리고 상기 휠의 축(24) 상에 피동 피니언(26)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치.
