Claims (6)
- 고려인삼의 배발생 캘러스를 2.4-D가 첨가된 MS 고체배지에서 배양하여 체세포배를 유도하는 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 배발생 캘러스를 아그로박테리움과 공동배양하여 외래 유전자를 도입하여 형질전환 고려인삼 식물체의 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 가나마이신을 이용하여 형질전환된 체세포배를 유도하고 이를 선발하며, 계대배양으로 형질전환체를 얻는 방법.
- 상기 제 3항의 형질전환 방법에 의해 고려인삼 형질전환 시 아그로박테리움 투미파시엔스를 이용하여 고려인삼의 배발생 캘러스를 이용하여 형질전환 하는 것을 특징으로 하며, MS배지에 3% 설탕과 생장조절제인 2.4-D를 처리하는 단계, 아그로박테리움과 공동배양하는 단계, 항생제를 이용 아그로박테리움만을 제거하는 단계, 가나마이신을 이용 형질전환된 체세포배를 선발하기 위한 선발단계, 선발된 체세포배에서 완전한 식물체로 재분화 하는 단계를 일련의 과정으로 하는 형질전환 고려인삼을 제조하는 방법.
- 상기 제 4항에 의해 제조된 고려인삼 유식물체를 인공토양인 펄라이트를 필터를 부착한 플라스틱 포트에 담아 멸균한 후 이식하여 약 5개월간 생육시킨 후 멸균된 토양으로 이식하여 온실에서 건실한 식물체로 생장시켜 형질전환 식물체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 4항의 식물형질전환 방법에 따라 제조된 형질전환 고려인삼 1종 (제초제 저항성 고려인삼)
