Claims (6)
- 다수의 2유로 플레이트(P)가 적층되어 형성된 2유로 냉매탱크(T)와; 상기 냉매탱크(T)의 내부에 설치되는 복수의 블랭크플레이트(Blank Plate,B)와; 냉매가 유입되는 유입파이프(IP); 및 냉매가 유출하는 유출파이프(OP)를 포함하는 자동차용 증발기에 있어서,상기 냉매탱크(T)는 그 내부에 설치된 다수의 블랭크플레이트(B)에 의해 다수의 증발구역(E1,E2,...)으로 구획되어, 각 냉매탱크(T)의 각 증발구역(E1,E2,...)에서 냉매의 유동방향이 전환되며, 서로 인접한 유로(P1,P2)에서 냉매는 서로 상하 반대방향으로 유동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 증발기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1증발구역(E1)의 냉매탱크(T)의 유로(P1,P2) 중 어느 한쪽에는 냉매탱크(T)의 상부측면에 연결된 상부파이프(UP)를 통하여 냉매가 유입되고, 다른 한쪽에는 냉매탱크(T)의 하부측면에 연결된 하부파이프(DP)를 통하여 냉매가 유입되어,상부파이프(UP)를 통하여 유입된 냉매는 제1증발구역(E1)에서 위쪽에서 아래쪽으로 유동하고, 하부파이프(DP)를 통하여 유입된 냉매는 제1증발구역(E1)에서 아래쪽에서 위쪽으로 유동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 증발기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 블랭크플레이트(B)는, 냉매탱크(T)의 내부에 1개 이상 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 증발기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 블랭크플레이트(B)의 상부에는 일측 유로에 냉매연통공(FH)이 형성되고 그 하부에는 타측 유로에 냉매연통공(FH)이 형성되어, 각 증발구역(E1,E2,...)에서의 냉매의 유동방향을 전환시키도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 증발기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 하부파이프(DP)의 단면적(A2)이 상기 상부파이프(UP)의 단면적(A1)보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 증발기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 냉매탱크(T)의 양단부에 설치되는 엔드플레이트(EP)에는, 상기 유입파이프(IP) 또는 유출파이프(OP)와, 상기 유입파이프(IP) 또는 유출파이프(OP)로부터 분기 형성된 상부파이프(UP) 및 하부파이프(DP)가 상기 엔드플레이트(EP)와 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 증발기.
