The manufacturing method thereof is capable of preventing fruit from contamination by bacteria, maintaining moisture, sugar content and freshness and reducing a production cost. CONSTITUTION: A fruit tray is obtained by the steps of: pulping waste paper in a pulping tank; beating the pulp in a stirring device; adding 0.5-7wt.% of at least one selected from the group containing silver, titanium oxide and zeolite to the pulp; forming the pulp in a vacuum former; removing moisture on 200-250deg.C of a hot press; and then sterilizing the tray.
