Claims (4)
- 절연성 기판상에 형성되는 복수의 화소,상기 복수의 화소 중 1 이상의 화소 내에 형성되는 화소 전극,상기 복수의 화소 중 1 이상의 화소 내에 형성되면서 상기 화소 전극과 대향하여 배치되는 공통 전극,상기 공통 전극과 접속되는 축적 용량 전극,상기 축적 용량 전극과 거의 평행하게 형성되는 주사선,상기 주사선과 절연막을 사이에 두고 교차하고 상기 화소 전극에 신호를 공급하는 영상 신호선,상기 절연성 기판과 액정을 사이에 두고 대향하는 대향 기판, 및상기 축적 용량 전극과 상기 절연막을 사이에 두고 축적 용량을 형성하기 위해 배치되면서 상기 화소 전극과 접속되는 축적 용량 형성용 패턴을 구비하고,상기 화소 전극과 상기 공통 전극 사이에 상기 절연성 기판과 대략 평행한 방향으로 전계를 인가시키며, 상기 액정을 배향하여 표시를 실시하는 액정 표시 장치로서,상기 화소 전극은 상기 축적 용량 형성용 패턴으로의 2 이상의 전위 공급 경로를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 주사선에 접속되는 게이트 전극,상기 영상 신호선에 접속되는 소오스 전극, 및상기 소오스 전극과 대향하여 배치되면서 상기 화소 전극과 접속된 드레인 전극을 추가로 구비하고,상기 화소 전극에서의 상기 축적 용량 형성용 패턴으로의 2 이상의 전위 공급 경로는, 상기 화소 전극과 상기 드레인 전극의 접속부로부터 상기 축적 용량 형성용 패턴과 상기 화소 전극의 접속부 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 화소 전극과 상기 공통 전극은 동일층의 도전막으로 형성되고, 상기 화소 전극은 상기 축적 용량 형성용 패턴 상의 절연막에 형성된 2 이상의 콘택트홀을 통하여 상기 축적 용량 형성용 패턴과 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 축적 용량 전극과 상기 축적 용량 형성용 패턴이 상기 1 화소의 상기 영상 신호선의 배선 방향으로 거의 중앙부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
