Claims (4)
- 선택적으로 작업 차량(1)에 장비되는 작업 장치를 위한 유압 실린더(15)를 제어하는 것으로,유압원(51)과,상기 유압 실린더(15)와 상기 유압원(51) 사이에 설치된 4 위치 절환 제어 밸브(40)와,상기 4 위치 절환 제어 밸브(40)를 조작하는 조작 기구(20)를 구비한 유압 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 4 위치 절환 제어 밸브(40)에서는 상기 유압 실린더(15)의 로드를 한 쪽 방향으로 이동시키는 제1 위치와 상기 유압 실린더의 로드를 정지시키는 제2 위치와 재생 회로의 작용으로 상기 유압 실린더의 로드를 다른 쪽 방향으로 보다 빠른 속도로 이동시키는 제3 위치와 상기 유압 실린더의 로드를 재생 회로 없이 다른 쪽 방향으로 표준 속도로 이동시키는 제4 위치가 그 차례로 설치되어 있고, 상기 조작 기구(20)의 조작 변위 경로를 따라서 롤백 위치(RB)와 중립 위치(N)와 급속 덤프 위치(RD)와 표준 덤프 위치(SD)가 설정되어 있으며, 상기 제1 위치가 상기 롤백 위치에 대응하고, 상기 제2 위치가 상기 중립 위치에 대응하고, 상기 제3 위치가 상기 급속 덤프 위치에 대응하고, 상기 제4 위치가 상기 표준 덤프 위치에 대응하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 버킷 작업 장치(10)는 전방 로더로서 트랙터에 장비되는 작업 장치이며, 이 버킷 작업 장치(10) 대신에 스노우 블로워 등의 다른 작업 장치가 상기 4 위치 절환 제어 밸브(40)에 의해 제어 가능하게 상기 트랙터에 장비 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 4 위치 절환 제어 밸브(40) 또는 상기 조작 기구(20) 혹은 그 양 쪽 모두에는 상기 제3 위치 또는 상기 급속 덤프 위치에 있어서의 조작감을 주는 디텐트 기능이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조작 기구(20)에는 필요에 따라서 상기 조작 경로를 롤백 위치와 중립 위치와 급속 덤프 위치에 한정되는 스톱퍼 플레이트(25)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 제어 장치.
