Claims (5)
- 라이트 인에이블 신호에 응답하여 입력되는 동기신호및 디지털 데이터신호를 기저장하고, 출력인에이블신호에 응답하여 상기 저장된 디지털 데이터 신호를 변환하여 복수의 아날로그 전압신호쌍을 발생하는 아날로그 전압발생수단;상기 아날로그 전압발생수단으로부터의 복수의 아날로그 전압신호쌍중 대응하는 아날로그 전압신호쌍을 전압분배하여 복수의 가변기준전압신호를 각각이 출력하는 복수의 가변기준전압 발생수단;승압된 전원전압을 전압분배하여 복수의 고정기준전압신호를 각각이 출력하는 복수의 고정기준전압발생수단; 및 상기 복수의 가변기준전압신호와 상기 복수의 고정기준전압신호를 입력받는 소오스 드라이브 집적회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 기준전압발생회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 아날로그 전압 발생수단은 상기 라이트 인에이블신호에 응답하여 상기 입력되는 동기신호및 디지털 데이터 신호를 저장하는 데이터 저장부와,상기 출력 인에이블신호 발생시 상기 데이터 저장부로부터의 동기신호에 응답하여 상기 디지털데이터 신호를 각각이 아날로그 신호로 변환하는 디지털-아날로그 변환부와, 상기 디지털-아날로그 변환부에 의해 변환된 아날로그 신호를 증폭하여 상기 복수의 아날로그 전압신호쌍을 출력하는 버퍼증폭부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 기준전압 발생회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가변기준전압 발생수단은 아날로그 전압신호쌍에 대응하는 복수의 저항기가 직렬로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 기준전압 발생회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고정기준전압 발생수단은 아날로그 기준전압단자와 접지단자사이의 복수의 저항기에 의해 고정기준 전압을 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 기준전압 발생회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 아날로그전압 신호쌍은 전압-투과율 특성곡선의 최대값과 최소값사이의 전압에 대응하는 계조전압값인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 기준전압 발생회로.
