Abstract

PURPOSE: A method of making nutritious health food by mixing and grinding silkworm, mulberry leaf, shells of tortoise(Amyda sinensis), tricalcium phosphate and sodium silicoaluminate is provided. The product is useful as a therapeutic food composition for treatment of diabetic patients. CONSTITUTION: The nutritious food composition contains 20 to 30% by weight of silkworm, 20 to 30% by weight of a mulberry leaf, 30 to 48% by weight of shells of tortoise(Amyda sinensis) and tricalcium phosphate and 1 to 1.9% by weight of sodium silicoaluminate. During the manufacture of the composition, the raw material is heated at 30 to 40deg.C, ground and then formed into a granule or encapsulated.

Description

누에와 뽕잎, 자라 등뼈 및 제3인산칼슘 과 실리코알미니움산나트륨을 이용한 당뇨환자 영양건강식품제조 방법.{omitted}A method for producing a nutritional health food for diabetic patients using silkworms, mulberry leaves, growing spines, tricalcium phosphate and sodium silicoalminium phosphate. {Omitted}

In food and medicine, organic materials are being pursued as food. This is because the safety of organic matter in the blood was evaluated as high. However, it is a trend of conventional dietary medicine to pursue only organic matter, which is a trend of modern alternative medicine that trace minerals are becoming a high energy source in all cells and bodies.

Therefore, the present invention is to provide nutrition to diabetic patients as a preferred organic food and reduce the amount of food in order to reduce the damage caused by the excess of nutrition to give nutritional deficiency phenomenon and psychological pain and to suffer difficulties It relieves and increases the content of certified mineral materials to activate the function of cells, organs or the whole body, to satisfy nutrition, and in particular, to increase the ability of insulin transpiration and high protein hydrolysis to reduce the burden on the function of the liver and the liver It is a challenge of the present technology to make proper formulation transplantation convenient to make foods to help them.

Finishing the powder is finished in a granule or capsule, solidified and packaged to be fed with a beverage.

The manufacturing process will be described in detail by way of examples.

1)Example 1

The compounding weight ratio for producing 1 kg of the present invention is completed by the following process.

1A. Experimental Example 1

1. Experimental Animals and Diabetes Induction

The test animals were placed 12 rats (Sprague Dawley rat) with an average weight of 280g per group, and dissolved STZ (streptozotocin, A0130, Sigma) in 0.1M citrate buffer (pH 4.0) to 50 kg per rat body weight before the experiment. About 0.2 ml was intraperitoneally injected. Seven days after diabetes-induced injection, mice with a blood glucose level of 300 mg / dl or more were selected by using a glucose measuring device (Medisense Precision Q.I.D., USA). Subjects below the mean blood glucose level were excluded and 10 animals were placed per experimental group.

2. Survey Items and Analysis Methods

Body weight and dietary intake were examined every 7 days. Liver function values (GOT, GPT, total bilirubin) were analyzed by Kinetic UV, and serum lipids (TC, TG, HDL) and blood glucose levels were analyzed by colorimetric analysis using enzymekit. In addition, free fatty acid (FFA) was analyzed by colorimetric method, and ketone body content was analyzed by enzyme method. The experimental results were analyzed using SAS program, and Duncan's multiple test method (a = 0.05) was used to verify the significance between treatment groups.
