Claims (7)
- 소정 방향으로 반송되는 기판에 용액을 소정의 도포 패턴으로 도포하는 용액의 도포 장치에 있어서,상기 용액을 잉크 제트 방식에 의해 토출(吐出)하는 복수의 노즐을 가지는 헤드와,상기 헤드의 각 노즐로부터 용액을 간헐적으로 토출시키는 구동부와,상기 헤드에 설치된 노즐의 좌표 데이터가 기억되고, 상기 좌표 데이터와 용액의 도포 패턴에 따라 상기 구동부의 구동을 제어하여 상기 노즐로부터 기판에 용액을 토출시키는 제어 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용액의 도포 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어 장치는 상기 구동부에 의해 토출되는 용액의 양이 많은 노즐로부터의 토출 횟수를 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용액의 도포 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어 장치는 상기 도포 패턴의 외주 에지를 제외한 부분에서 토출량이 많은 노즐로부터의 용액의 토출 횟수를 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용액의 도포 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,복수의 헤드를 가지며, 상기 헤드는 지그재그 형상으로 배치되어 있고, 상기 제어 장치는 각 헤드의 노즐의 좌표 데이터를 각 헤드가 일렬로 배치된 상태로 보정하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용액의 도포 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어 장치는 상기 기판에 대한 상기 용액의 도포 패턴을 상기 용액이 건조됨으로써 변화되는 형상을 미리 보정한 패턴으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용액의 도포 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기판의 상기 용액이 도포되는 부분에는 상기 용액에 대한 발수성(撥水性)이 상이한 복수의 막이 설치되어 있고, 상기 제어 장치는 상기 용액의 도포 패턴을 상기 복수의 막의 발수성 차이에 따라 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용액의 도포 장치.
- 헤드에 설치된 복수의 노즐로부터 용액을 잉크 제트 방식에 의해 토출시켜 소정 방향으로 반송되는 기판에 소정의 도포 패턴으로 도포하는 용액의 도포 방법에 있어서,상기 노즐의 좌표 데이터를 기억시키는 공정과,상기 좌표 데이터와 상기 기판에 도포되는 용액의 도포 패턴에 따라 상기 각 노즐로부터의 용액의 토출을 제어하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용액의 도포 방법.
