Claims (10)
- 다단 가스 터빈의 고정자 슈라우드에 있어서,하나의 단을 관통하는 고온 가스 경로를 부분적으로 규정하는 표면으로서, 터빈 회전자의 일부를 형성하는 상기 하나의 단의 버킷(174)의 팁 위쪽에 위치하는 상기 표면과, 상류 전연과, 하류 후연을 구비하는 슈라우드 세그먼트(100)를 포함하며,상기 슈라우드 세그먼트는 외부 슈라우드(116) 및 상기 외부 슈라우드(116)에 연결된 적어도 하나의 내부 슈라우드(118)를 구비하며,상기 외부 슈라우드(116)는 상기 전연 및 후연 각각을 따라 인접하여 규정된 홈(126, 128)을 가지고, 상기 홈은 동일한 방향으로 축방향 개방되며,상기 내부 슈라우드(118)는 상기 외부 슈라우드의 홈(126, 128)과 각각 결합하기 위한, 전연으로부터 축방향으로 돌출하는 탭 부분(154) 및 후연으로부터 축방향으로 돌출하는 탭 부분(156)을 가지며, 상기 결합에 의해 상기 내부 슈라우드가 상기 외부 슈라우드(116)에 축방향 및 반경방향으로 고정되는다단 가스 터빈의 고정자 슈라우드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 홈(126, 128)은 상류방향으로 축방향 개방되는다단 가스 터빈의 고정자 슈라우드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 외부 슈라우드(116)내에 규정된 보어(148)를 통해 상기 내부 슈라우드(118)내에 규정된 대응하는 리셉터클(150)내로 연장하여, 상기 내부 슈라우드를 상기 외부 슈라우드에 원주방향으로 고정하는 회전 방지 핀(152)을 더 포함하는다단 가스 터빈의 고정자 슈라우드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 외부 슈라우드(116)에 고정된 3개의 상기 내부 슈라우드(118)를 포함하는다단 가스 터빈의 고정자 슈라우드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 내부 및 외부 슈라우드의 내부 벽면에 의해 규정된 냉각제 캐비티와, 상기 내부 슈라우드의 내부 벽면을 충돌 냉각하기 위해 상기 내부 슈라우드(118)와 상기 외부 슈라우드(116) 사이에 배치된 충돌 플레이트(124)를 더 포함하는다단 가스 터빈의 고정자 슈라우드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 외부 슈라우드의 반경방향 외측부는 인접한 터빈 케이싱(142)의 대응하는 도브테일 홈 형상부(132)와 결합하기 위한 도브테일 형상부(130)를 갖는다단 가스 터빈의 고정자 슈라우드.
- 고정자 슈라우드 세그먼트에 있어서,상류 전연, 하류 후연, 반경방향 내면 및 외면을 갖고, 제 1 축방향으로 모두 돌출하는 전연 후크(120) 및 후연 후크(122)를 포함하는 외부 슈라우드(116)와,각기 상류 전연, 하류 후연, 반경방향 내면 및 외면을 갖고, 상기 제 1 축방향에 정반 대향하는 제 2 축방향으로 모두 돌출하는 전연 후크(110) 및 후연 후크(112)를 포함하는 내부 슈라우드(118)를 포함하며,상기 내부 슈라우드의 전연 및 후연 후크 각각은 상기 외부 슈라우드의 전연 및 후연 후크와 각각 결합되고, 상기 결합부에 의해 상기 내부 슈라우드가 상기 외부 슈라우드에 축방향 및 반경방향으로 고정되는고정자 슈라우드 세그먼트.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 외부 슈라우드의 전연 및 후연 후크(120, 122)는 상기 내부 슈라우드의 전연 및 후연 후크(110, 112)를 그 내부에 각각 수용하도록 상기 제 1 방향으로 개방되는 각각의 전연 및 후연 홈(126, 128)을 규정하는고정자 슈라우드 세그먼트.
- 동일 축방향으로 돌출하는 상기 전연 후크(110) 및 후연 후크(112)를 구비하는 상기 제 1 내부 슈라우드(118)를, 제 1 내부 슈라우드의 전연 및 후연 후크와 상호결합된 전연 홈(126) 및 후연 홈(128)을 갖는 외부 슈라우드로부터 분리 및 제거하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 제 1 내부 슈라우드(118)의 상류측상에 결합용 부품(172)을 제거하는 단계 및 축방향으로 이동시키는 단계중 하나의 단계와,상기 제 1 내부 슈라우드와 상기 외부 슈라우드를 결합하는 제 1 내부 슈라우드 회전 방지 핀(152)을 제거하는 단계와,원주방향으로 인접한 내부 슈라우드로부터 회전 방지 핀을 제거하고, 상기 내부 슈라우드와 회전 방지 핀 사이의 직물 시일을 제거할 때까지 상기 원주방향으로 인접한 내부 슈라우드를 활주시키는 단계와,상기 제 1 내부 슈라우드를 축방향[화살표(A)]으로 활주시켜 그 전연 및 후연 후크를 상기 외부 슈라우드의 전연 및 후연 후크로부터 분리시키는 단계와,상기 제 1 내부 슈라우드를 반경방향으로 이동시켜 분리 및 제거하는 단계를 포함하는내부 슈라우드의 분리 및 제거 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 내부 슈라우드의 후크는 하류방향으로 축방향 돌출하고, 상기 제1 내부 슈라우드를 축방향으로 활주시키는 상기 단계는 상기 제 1 내부 슈라우드를 상류방향으로 활주시키는 단계를 포함하는내부 슈라우드의 분리 및 제거 방법.
