Claims (6)
- ガスタービンエンジンのシュラウドアセンブリ(10)であって、
径方向外側に延びる前方壁(46)及び後方壁(48)を備えるアーチ形のシュラウドセグメント(22)の環状配列と、
前記シュラウドセグメント(22)を囲む固定のケース構成部品としての前方及び後方ケース(26A、26B)と、
前記シュラウドセグメント(22)と前記前方及び後方ケース(26A、26B)との間に配置され、前記シュラウドセグメント(22)を支持する複数のアーチ形のシュラウドハンガ(24)と
を含み、
前記前方壁(46)及び後方壁(48)のそれぞれと前記シュラウドハンガ(24)との間には、第1及び第2のキャビティ(66、68)が配置され、
前記前方及び後方ケース(26A、26B)はそれぞれ、前記シュラウドハンガ(24)との間に配置された第3及び第4のキャビティ(72)を含み、
前記第1及び第2のキャビティ(66、68)は、前記シュラウドハンガ(24)と対応する前記前方壁(46)又は後方壁(48)の2つの嵌合構成部品のそれぞれで部分的に形成され、
前記第3及び第4のキャビティ(72)は、対応する前記前方及び後方ケース(26A、26B)に全体が形成され、
前記第1、第2、第3及び第4のキャビティのそれぞれにロープシール(64)が配置されている、ガスタービンエンジンのシュラウドアセンブリ(10)。 - 前記ロープシール(64)が、ステンレス鋼編組、シリカ充填したインコネル合金編組、およびそれらの組合せから成る群から選択された材料で形成される、請求項1に記載のシュラウドアセンブリ(10)。
- 前記ロープシール(64)が、略円形断面形状を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のシュラウドアセンブリ(10)。
- 前記ロープシール(64)が、前記シュラウドハンガ(24)と前記前方及び後方ケース(26A、26B)との間で部分的に押し潰される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のシュラウドアセンブリ(10)。
- 前記ロープシール(64)が、全360度の弧を描く、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のシュラウドアセンブリ(10)。
- 前記ロープシール(64)が、前記シュラウドハンガ(24)と前記前方壁(46)及び後方壁(48)との間で部分的に押し潰される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のシュラウドアセンブリ(10)。
