Claims (6)
- ガスタービンエンジン(10)のタービンノズルセクタ(50)であって、
前記ガスタービンエンジンは、ロータシュラウド(144)により囲まれたロータ組立体(140)を備え、
前記ロータシュラウドは、該シュラウドに結合され且つ支持されたハンガ(148)を備え、
前記ハンガは、半径方向外側の溝(150)と半径方向内側の溝(152)とを含み、
前記タービンノズルセクタ(50)は、内表面(62)と、外表面(80)と、前記外表面(80)から外向きに延びかつレール(94)及び前記レールから外向きに延びる少なくとも1つのフック(96)を備えた後方フック組立体(76)とを含む外側バンド(54)を含み、
前記少なくとも1つのフックは、前記半径方向外側の溝(150)内に摺動可能に結合され、
前記タービンノズルセクタ(50)は、さらに、内側バンド(56)と、
前記外側バンド(54)と前記内側バンド(56)との間で延びる少なくとも1つの翼形ベーン(120、122、124、126)と
を含み、
シール組立体(170)が、前記外側バンドフック組立体(74、76)に隣接して、前記少なくとも1つのフックの半径方向内側に配置され、該シール組立体(170)のシール部材(172)が前記後方フック組立体(76)のレール(94)と前記ハンガ(148)との間でシール接触した状態で延びるよう前記シール組立体(170)が前記半径方向内側の溝(152)内に配置される
ことを特徴とするタービンノズルセクタ(50)。 - 前記シール組立体(170)が、前記外側バンド外表面(80)と前記後方フック組立体(76)の少なくとも1つのフック(96)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタービンノズルセクタ(50)。
- 前記シール組立体(170)が、W字形シールを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のタービンノズルセクタ(50)。
- 前記外側バンド(54)が、弓形であって、上流縁部(84)と、下流縁部(86)と、前記上流縁部(84)と前記下流側面(86)との間で延びる一対の円周方向外端部(87)とを更に含み、前記後方フック組立体のレール(94)が、前記円周方向外端部間で前記外側バンド外表面(80)にわたって延び、前記少なくとも1つのフック(96)が、少なくとも1つのスカラップ状凹設区域(104)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のタービンノズルセクタ(50)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスカラップ状凹設区域(104)が、ハンガ(148)の下流側面(154)とほぼ半径方向に整列していることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタービンノズルセクタ(50)。
- 前記シール組立体(170)が、前記タービンノズル(50)を通り抜ける半径方向の流体漏洩を減少させるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタービンノズルセクタ(50)。
