Claims (29)
- (i) 산성 산화물 지지체, (ii) 세륨 산화물, (iii) 세륨 산화물을 제외한 란탄족 원소의 1종 이상의 산화물, 및 (iv) 임의로, 주기율표의 Ib 및 IIb족 중에서 선택된 전이 금속의 1종 이상의 산화물을 포함하는, 유동 촉매접촉 분해 공정에서의 촉매 재생 중 NOx방출을 감소시키기에 적합한 NOx제거 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산성 산화물 지지체가 알루미나 및 실리카-알루미나로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산성 산화물 지지체가 알루미나인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산성 산화물 지지체가 실리카-알루미나인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 실리카-알루미나의 알루미나:실리카 몰비가 약 1:1 내지 약 50:1 이하인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 실리카-알루미나가 하소된 카올린으로부터 실리카를 가식성 침출시켜 제조되는 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 실리카-알루미나가 그의 특징적인 발열반응에 의해 하소된 카올린으로부터 실리카를 가식성 침출시켜 제조되는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 가식성 침출된 카올린 지지체는 가식성 침출된 카올린이 발열반응을 통해 하소되기 전에 알루미늄 클로로히드록시드와 결합되어 있는 미소구인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Ib 및 IIb족 전이 금속이 구리, 은, 아연 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 산화물이 상기 산성 산화물 지지체 100 중량부 당 약 0.5 중량부 이상의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 산화물을 제외한 란탄족 원소의 1종 이상의 산화물이 상기 산성 산화물 지지체 100 중량부 당 약 0.5 중량부 이상의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 산화물이 상기 산성 산화물 지지체 100 중량부 당 약 2 중량부 이상 내지 약 25 중량부 이하의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 산화물을 제외한 란탄족 원소의 1종 이상의 산화물이 상기 산성 산화물 지지체 100 중량부 당 약 2 중량부 이상 내지 약 25 중량부 이하의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 산화물을 제외한 란탄족 원소의 산화물이 프라세오디뮴 산화물인 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 세리아 대 프라세오디뮴 산화물의 양이 중량으로 약 1:4 내지 약 4:1의 범위인 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 세리아 대 프라세오디뮴 산화물의 양이 중량으로 약 1:2 내지 약 2:1의 범위인 조성물.
- (a) 탄화수소 분해를 촉매하기에 적합한 분해 성분, 및 (b) (i) 산성 산화물 지지체, (ii) 세륨 산화물, (iii) 세륨 산화물을 제외한 란탄족 원소의 1종 이상의 산화물, 및 (iv) 임의로, 주기율표의 Ib 및 IIb족 중에서 선택된 전이 금속의 산화물을 포함하는 NOx감소 조성물을 포함하며,상기 NOx감소 조성물은 촉매 조성물 입자의 일체형 성분으로, 촉매 성분과별개의 입자로, 또는 이들의 혼합물로 NOx를 감소시키기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 유동 분해 촉매 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 성분 (a)와 성분 (b)의 혼합물을 포함하는 분해 촉매.
- 제17항에 있어서, 성분 (a)와 성분 (b)를 모두 함유하는 일체형 입자를 포함하는 분해 촉매.
- 제17항에 있어서, NOx감소 조성물 (b)가 분해 촉매 조성물 약 0.1 내지 15 중량%를 포함하는 분해 촉매.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 세리아를 제외한 란탄족 원소의 산화물이 프라세오디뮴 산화물인 분해 촉매.
- (i) 산성 산화물 지지체, (ii) 산성 산화물 지지체 100 중량부 당 세륨 산화물 0.5 중량부 이상, (iii) 산성 산화물 지지체 100 중량부 당 세리아를 제외한 란탄족 원소의 1종 이상의 산화물 0.5 중량부 이상, 및 (iv) 임의로, 주기율표의 Ib 및 IIb족 중에서 선택된 전이 금속의 산화물을 포함하며, NOx를 감소시키기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 NOx감소 조성물의 존재하에, 탄화수소 공급원료를 탄화수소 분해를 촉매하기에 적합한 분해 촉매와 승온에서 접촉시켜 저분자량 탄화수소 성분을 형성하는 것을 포함하는, 탄화수소 공급원료를 저분자량 성분으로 유동 촉매접촉 분해하는 중에 NOx방출을 감소시키는 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 분해 촉매 및 NOx감소 조성물이 별개의 분해 촉매 성분 및 NOx감소 조성물 성분의 혼합물을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 분해 촉매 및 NOx감소 조성물이 분해 촉매 성분과 NOx감소 조성물 성분의 일체형 조합물을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 분해 촉매가 탄화수소 공급원료와의 접촉 중에 유동되는 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 단계로부터의 사용된 분해 촉매를 회수하고, 상기 사용된 촉매를 상기 촉매를 재생시키기 위한 조건하에서 처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 공급원료가 0.1 중량%의 질소를 함유하는것인 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 세리아를 제외한 란탄족 원소의 1종 이상의 산화물이 프라세오디뮴 산화물인 방법.
- 제28항에 있어서, 세륨 산화물 대 프라세오디뮴 산화물의 양이 중량으로 약 4:1 내지 약 1:4의 범위인 방법.
