Claims (6)
- 트러니온과;상기 트러니온에 그 축방향으로 외장되는 롤러 베어링과;트러니온의 선단면에 배치되는 요부를;구비하고,상기 요부의 바닥측 영역이 구면형상으로 형성되어 있고, 상기 요부에서 바닥측영역을 제외한 개구측 영역의 내경치수가 상기 요부의 개구단 테두리를 향함에 따라 점차 크게 설정되고, 이 요부의 개구단테두리에서 상기 바닥측영역의 가장깊은 부분 까지의 깊이가 상기 여러 열의 롤러의 축심방향 총 길이의 30~70%로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 십자축.
- 제 1항에 있어서,각 트러니온의 외주면에 그 근원측으로부터 선단측을 향해 순차로 지름이 축소된 여러 개의 롤러 전동면이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 십자축.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 요부의 개구단 테두리의 내경치수는 각 트러니온의 선단에서의 외경치수의 50~80%로 설정하고, 상기 구면형상의 바닥측 영역의 중심각이 120~160도로 설정되며, 상기 구면형상의 바닥측 영역의 곡율반경이 상기 요부의 개구단테두리의 내경치수의 50%미만으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 십자축.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 십자축은 침탄강으로 이루어지고 상기 롤러전동면에 롤러 바니싱 가공(roller vanishing process)이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 십자축.
- 제 1항에 따른 십자축과, 십자축의 4개의 트러니온에 각각 장착되는 4개의 롤러베어링을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 십자축 연결부.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 롤러의 외주면의 양단부에 곡면의 클라우닝이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 십자축연결부.
