Abstract
본 발명은 왕복동식 압축기의 운전장치 및 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 왕복동식 모터에 인가되는 전류를 검출하여 전류 '0'인 구간(Current dead zone)이 일정시간이하가 되면 권선수를 변환하여 압축기에 가해지는 부하에 대응하여 운전할 수 있도록 한 왕복동식 압축기의 운전장치 및 제어방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 부하의 변화에 따라 운전하는 왕복동식 압축기에 있어서, 모터에 인가되는 전류를 검출하는 전류 검출부와; 상기 검출된 전류에 의해 용량을 가변시키는 스위칭 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부와; 상기 스위칭 제어신호에 따라 모터의 제1 코일 또는 제1, 제2 코일로 절환하여 전류의 흐름을 전환하는 스위치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
Description
본 발명은 왕복동식 압축기의 운전장치 및 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 왕복동식 모터에 인가되는 전류를 검출하여 전류 '0'인 구간(Current dead zone)이 일정시간이하가 되면 권선수를 변환하여 압축기에 가해지는 부하에 대응하여 운전할 수 있도록 한 왕복동식 압축기의 운전장치 및 제어방법에 관한 것이다.
종래의 왕복동식 모터는 권선 감김 회수를 일정하게 설계하였다. 따라서 전류가 많이 필요한 과부하에 대응할 수 있는 모터를 이용하여 권선을 감고 모터를 제작하였다.
이와 같은 종래 기술을 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1은 종래 왕복동식 압축기의 구동회로를 보인 예시도로서, 이에 도시한 바와 같이 권선 감김 회수를 일정하게 설계한 권선(L)을 통해 모터에 인가되는 전류가 많이 필요한 과부하에 대응하도록 설계되었다.
그러나, 모터의 권선수가 과부하를 대응하도록 설계되어 일반 운전시 트라이액 제어를 할 경우 생기는 고조파 손실이 발생하여 압축기의 효율을 떨어뜨리게 되며, 과부하시 고정된 권선수이므로 과부하에 대응할 수 있는 모터 인가 전류를 확보하기가 어려운 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 전류가 많이 필요한 과부하에 대응할 수 있는 모터에 권선을 감아 모터를 제작하여 과부하에 대응하는 운전을 제어할 필요성이 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 창안한 것으로, 초기 고효율 모드로 왕복동식 압축기 구동중 왕복동식 모터에 인가되는 전류를 검출하여 전류가 '0'인 구간(Current dead zone)을 일정시간 이하로 지속되면 모터의 권선수가 감소되도록 릴레이를 전환하여 과부하에 대응할 수 있는 모터 인가 전류를 확보할 수 있게 함으로써, 전압 부족현상을 회피할 수 있도록 한 왕복동식 압축기의 운전장치 및 제어방법을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.

상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 부하의 변화에 따라 운전하는 왕복동식 압축기에 있어서, 모터에 인가되는 전류를 검출하는 전류 검출부와; 상기검출된 전류에 의해 용량을 가변시키는 스위칭 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부와; 상기 스위칭 제어신호에 따라 모터의 제1 코일 또는 제1, 제2 코일로 절환하여 전류의 흐름을 전환하는 스위치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 초기 고효율 모드로 구동하는 왕복동식 압축기에 있어서, 고효율 모드시의 왕복동식 압축기의 모터에 인가되는 전류를 검출하는 제1 단계와; 상기 고효율 모드시의 검출된 전류중 소정시간동안 '0'이하의 전류구간을 판단하는 제2 단계와; 상기 소정시간동안 '0'이하의 전류구간이면 과부하대응 모드로 전환하여 부족전압만큼 전압을 증가시켜 모터를 운전하고, 상기 소정시간동안 '0'이하의 전류구간을 제외한 전류구간은 고효율 모드로 모터를 운전하는 제3 단계를 수행하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 발명에 따른 일실시예를 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 2는 본 발명 왕복동식 압축기의 운전장치를 보인 예시도로서, 이에 도시된 바와 같이 부하의 변화에 따라 운전하는 왕복동식 압축기에 있어서, 모터에 인가되는 전류를 검출하는 전류 검출부(21)와; 상기 검출된 전류에 의해 용량을 가변시키는 스위칭 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부(22)와; 상기 스위칭 제어신호에 따라 모터의 제1 코일 또는 제1, 제2 코일로 절환하여 전류의 흐름을 전환하는 스위치(Relay)로 구성된 것으로, 이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 동작 및 작용을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 초기 왕복동식 압축기의 구동은 제어부(22)의 출력 제어신호에 의해릴레이(Relay)가 B지점과 단락되어 제1, 제2 코일을 통해 전원(AC)을 공급받아 모터를 구동하는 고효율 모드로 운전된다.
제어부(22)는 모터에 인가되는 전류를 검출하는 전류 검출부(21)의 전류중 전류가 도 3의 (a)와 같이 '0'인 구간(Current dead zone)(t1)을 일정시간 이하동안만 유지하는 전류구간을 과부하상태로 인식하여 상기 제어부(22)는 과부하 대응 전환신호를 릴레이(Relay)로 출력한다.
이에 의해, 상기 릴레이(Relay)는 '고효율 모드'->'과부하 대응 모드' 즉, B지점에서 A지점으로 전환함으로써, 제1, 제2 코일에서 제1 코일로 권선수를 줄이며 전압 부족 현상을 회피하여 운전한다. 이때를 본 발명에서는 과부하 대응 모드라 한다.
상기 과부하 대응 모드는 부족전압만큼의 전압을 보상하여 전압부족현상을 회피할 수 있고, 도 3의 (b)와 같이 전류가 '0'인 구간(Current dead zone)(t2)을 일정시간 이상 유지되도록 하여 제어부(22)가 과부하대응모드임을 쉽게 인식할 수 있도록 한다.
결국, 상기와 같은 과정에 의해 과부하에 대응할 수 있는 모터 인가전류를 확보할 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명 왕복동식 압축기의 운전은 모터에 인가되는 전류검출 결과, 전류가 '0'이 되는 구간(Current dead zone)이 일정시간 이하가되면 초기 고효율 대응 모드에서 권선수를 줄이는 과부하 대응모드로 전환되어 결과적으로, 부족전압 만큼의 전압을 보상하여 전압부족현상을 회피할 수 있고 과부하에 대응할 수 있는모터 인가 전류를 확보할 수 있다.
이상에서 상세히 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명은 고효율 모드시 왕복동식 압축기의 모터에 인가되는 전류를 검출하여 전류가 많이 필요한 과부하에 대응할 수 있도록 릴레이를 고효율 모드경로에서 과부하 대응 모드경로로 절환시킴으로써, 모터의 권선수가 감소되고 과부하에 대응할 수 있는 모터 인가 전류를 확보하여 전압 부족현상을 회피함으로써, 신뢰성을 줄 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Claims (5)
- 부하의 변화에 따라 운전하는 왕복동식 압축기에 있어서, 모터에 인가되는 전류를 검출하는 전류 검출부와; 상기 검출된 전류에 의해 용량을 가변시키는 스위칭 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부와; 상기 스위칭 제어신호에 따라 모터의 제1 코일 또는 제1, 제2 코일로 절환하여 전류의 흐름을 전환하는 스위치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 운전장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 검출된 전류가 일정시간동안 '0'이하인 구간을 과부하 대응 모드로 인식하여 제1 코일 선택 제어신호를 출력하고, 그 이외의 전류구간은 고효율 모드로 인식하여 제1, 제2 코일 선택 제어신호를 출력하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 운전장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 스위치는 릴레이로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 운전장치.
- 초기 고효율 모드로 구동하는 왕복동식 압축기에 있어서, 고효율 모드시의 왕복동식 압축기의 모터에 인가되는 전류를 검출하는 제1 단계와; 상기 고효율 모드시의 검출된 전류중 소정시간동안 '0'이하의 전류구간을 판단하는 제2 단계와; 상기 소정시간동안 '0'이하의 전류구간이면 과부하대응 모드로 전환하여 부족전압만큼 전압을 증가시켜 모터를 운전하고, 상기 소정시간동안 '0'이하의 전류구간을 제외한 전류구간은 고효율 모드로 모터를 운전하는 제3 단계를 수행하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 운전제어방법.
- 제4 항에 있어서, 제 3단계는 상기 일정기준값 이하의 전류구간은 모터 권선수를 감소시키고, 상기 일정기준값 이상의 전류구간은 모터 권선수를 증가시켜 운전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 운전제어방법.
