Claims (6)
- a) 포스겐 2중량% 미만을 포함하는 조질의 증류 공급물을 분별하여 용매 및 임의로는 반응 잔류물을 제거하여 용매 20중량% 미만을 포함하는 조질의 톨루일렌디이소시아네이트 공급물을 생성하고, b) 격벽(dividing-wall) 증류 칼럼에서 용매 20중량% 미만을 포함하는 조질의 톨루일렌디이소시아네이트 공급물을 4가지의 생성물 분별물 P1 내지 P4(이때, P1은 증기상 저비등물질 및 용매-풍부(enriched) 기상 스트림이고, P2는 저비등물질 및 용매-풍부 생성물이고, P3은 톨루엔디이소시아네이트를 포함하는 고비등물질-풍부 저부 생성물이고, P4는 저비등물질, 고비등물질 및 반응 잔류물이 적은 톨루엔디이소시아네이트 생성물 스트림임)로 분리함으로써, 포스겐 2중량% 미만을 포함하는 조질의 증류 공급물로부터 톨루엔디이소시아네이트를 정제하는 방법.
- a) 톨루엔 디아민을 포스겐과 반응시켜 조질의 증류 공급물을 생성하는 단계, b) 단계 a)로부터의 조질의 증류 공급물이 포스겐 2중량% 이상을 포함하면, 단계 a)로부터의 조질의 증류 공급물로부터 포스겐을 분리하여 포스겐 2중량% 미만을 포함하는 조질의 증류 공급물을 생성하는 단계, c) 포스겐 2중량% 미만을 포함하는 조질의 증류 공급물을 분별하여 용매 및 임의로는 반응 잔류물을 제거하여 용매 20중량% 미만을 포함하는 조질의 톨루일렌디이소시아네이트 공급물을 생성하는 단계, 및 d) 격벽 증류 칼럼에서 용매 20중량% 미만을 포함하는 조질의 톨루일렌디이소시아네이트 공급물을 4가지의 생성물 분별물 P1 내지 P4(이때, P1은 증기상 저비등물질 및 용매-풍부 기상 스트림이고, P2는 저비등물질 및 용매-풍부 생성물이고, P3은 톨루엔디이소시아네이트를 포함하는 고비등물질-풍부 저부 생성물이고, P4는 저비등물질, 고비등물질 및 반응 잔류물이 적은 톨루엔디이소시아네이트 생성물 스트림임)로 분리하는 단계를 포함하는, 톨루엔디이소시아네이트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 생성물 분별물 P1이 용매, 저비등물질 및 톨루일렌디이소시아네이트 20 내지 99중량%를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생성물 분별물 P2가 용매, 저비등물질 및 톨루일렌디이소시아네이트를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생성물 분별물 P3이 톨루엔디이소시아네이트, 및 고비등물질 0.5 내지 15중량%를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생성물 분별물 P4가 톨루엔디이소시아네이트 농도가 99.5중량% 이상이고, 용매 및(또는) 염소화 방향족 탄화수소 200중량ppm 미만, 가수분해성 염소 100중량ppm 미만 및 산성 물질 40중량ppm 미만을 포함하는 방법.
