Claims (6)
- 의자 또는 테이블 등의 높이를 조절할 수 있도록 스핀들이 베이스 튜브 내부에서 상하로 이동되도록 설치된 칼럼 유니트에 있어서,상기 스핀들의 상단부로부터 일정거리 아래에서 시작하여 스핀들의 하단부보다 낮은 높이까지 스핀들의 외면에 고정 설치되고 스핀들과 함께 상하로 이동되는 원통형의 가이드 슬리브와, 상기 가이드 슬리브와 스핀들 사이에 공급되어 가이드 슬리브를 스핀들에 고정시키는 접착제층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼럼 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가이드 슬리브가 고정된 스핀들은 베이스 튜브의 내면에 끼워져 고정된 튜브 가이드 내부에서 상하로 이동되되, 상기 튜브 가이드 내면과 상기 가이드 슬리브 외면 사이에는, 윤활층이 내면에 형성되고 상기 튜브 가이드의 상하단부보다는 높은 위치에 상하단부가 위치하도록 튜브 가이드에 내면에 고정된 부싱이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 칼럼 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 부싱은 원통형상을 가지고, 내부에 수직으로 다수개의 홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼럼 유니트.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 부싱 내면의 윤활층은 나일론층인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼럼 유니트.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 나일론층은 그 두께가 2~1000㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼럼 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접착제층은 그 두께가 0.005~0.6mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼럼 유니트.
