Claims (3)
- 특정 항원에 대한 유전자를 유전자 이입에 의해 목표 세포주내로 도입함으로써 상기 도입된 유전자의 단백질이 상기 목표 세포주내에서 안정하게 발현되어 세포 밖으로 방출되도록 하는 유전자 이입에 의해 새로운 단백질이 발현된 엑소좀.
- 제1항의 엑소좀을 이용하여 분리가 어려운 단백질을 구조에 영향없이 자연그대로의 형태로 분리하는데 활용하는 방법.
- 새로운 항원 유전자를 면역원으로 이용하고자 할 때, 상기 제1항의 엑소좀을 상기 면역원의 운반체로서 활용하는 방법.
