Claims (6)
- (a) 공여체 지지 요소;(b) 상기 공여체 지지 요소 위에 배치되는 것으로, 광에 감응하여 열을 발생시키는 광 흡수층;(c) 상기 광 흡수층 위에 배치되는 호스트 물질층; 및(d) 상기 호스트 물질층 위에 배치되는 도펀트 층을 포함하여,공여체 소자가 OLED 장치와 전달관계로 배치되고 광 흡수층에 의해 광이 흡수되는 경우, 광 흡수층으로부터 호스트 물질 및 도펀트 물질의 기화전달을 일으키는 열을 생성함으로써 OLED 장치에서 적어도 부분적인 혼합을 유발시키는,OLED 장치의 제조용으로 적합한 공여체 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,호스트 물질층 또는 또다른 층에 둘 이상의 호스트 물질을 추가적으로 포함하는 공여체 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,도펀트 층이 호스트 물질층 위에 직접 배치되는 공여체 소자.
- (a) 공여체 지지 요소;(b) 상기 공여체 지지 요소 위에 배치되는 것으로, 광에 대응하여 열을 발생시키는 광 흡수층;(c) 상기 광 흡수층 위에 배치되는 하나 이상의 호스트 물질층; 및(d) 상기 호스트 물질층 위에 배치되는 도펀트 층을 포함하여,공여체 소자가 OLED 장치와 전달관계로 배치되고 광 흡수층에 의해 광이 흡수되는 경우, 광 흡수층으로부터 호스트 물질 및 도펀트 물질의 기화전달을 일으키는 열을 생성함으로써 OLED 장치에서 적어도 부분적인 혼합을 유발시키는,OLED 장치의 제조용으로 적합한 공여체 소자.
- (a) OLED 기판과 전달관계이고 상기 OLED 기판으로부터 간극에 의해 이격된 공여체 소자를 배치하는 단계; 및(b) 도펀트 물질 및 호스트 물질이 각각 상기 기판위에 침착되어 도펀트 물질과 호스트 물질 사이의 계면에서 도펀트 물질이 호스트 물질에 혼합되도록, 충분한 열이 생성되기에 충분한 광을 상기 공여체 소자에 조사하는 단계를 포함하는,OLED 장치의 제조공정에서 제 1 항에서 정의된 공여체 소자를 사용하는 방법.
- (a) OLED 기판과 전달관계이고 상기 OLED 기판으로부터 간극에 의해 이격된 공여체 소자를 배치하는 단계; 및(b) 도펀트 물질 및 호스트 물질이 각각 기판위에 침착되어 도펀트 물질과 호스트 물질 사이의 계면에서 도펀트 물질이 호스트 물질에 혼합되도록, 충분한 열이 생성되기에 충분한 광을 상기 공여체 소자에 조사하는 단계를 포함하는,OLED 장치의 제조공정에서 제 4 항에서 정의된 공여체 소자를 사용하는 방법.
