Description
Claims (16)
- 무선 시스템의 이동국에서 후속의 데이터 레이트를 결정하는 방법에 있어서,정체 지시자를 수신하는 단계; 및데이터 레이트의 히스토리 및 정체 지시자의 히스토리에 대한 함수로서, 상기 후속의 데이터 레이트를 발생시키는 단계를 포함하는, 후속 데이터 레이트의 결정 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 후속의 데이터 레이트를 발생시키는 단계는,하나 이상의 이전의 데이터 레이트를 상기 이동국에 대한 목표 데이터 레이트와 비교하는 단계; 및상기 비교하는 단계의 제 1 결과에 응답하여 하나 이상의 데이터 레이트를 조절하는 것에 의해, 상기 후속의 데이터 레이트를 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 후속 데이터 레이트의 결정 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 이전의 데이터 레이트를 조절하는 것은 통계적 분석을 수행하는 것인, 후속 데이터 레이트의 결정 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 후속의 데이터 레이트를 발생시키는 단계는,동일한 값의 연속적인 정체 지시자의 갯수를 카운팅하는 단계; 및상기 동일한 값의 연속적인 정체 지시자의 갯수가 소정의 최대 갯수 미만이면, 상기 하나 이상의 이전의 데이터 레이트를 유지하는 것에 의해, 상기 후속의 데이터 레이트를 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 후속 데이터 레이트의 결정 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 후속의 데이터 레이트를 발생시키는 단계는,상기 동일한 값의 연속적인 정체 지시자의 갯수가 소정의 최대 갯수 이상이면, 상기 하나 이상의 이전의 데이터 레이트를 조절하는 것에 의해, 상기 후속의 데이터 레이트를 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 후속 데이터 레이트의 결정 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 이전의 데이터 레이트가 상기 목표 데이터 레이트보다 큰 제 1 정체 조건의 경우, 상기 조절하는 단계는 감소시키는 단계를 구비하는, 후속 데이터 레이트의 결정 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 이전의 데이터 레이트가 상기 목표 데이터 레이트 미만인 제 2 정체 조건의 경우, 상기 조절하는 단계는 증가시키는 단계를 구비하는, 후속 데이터 레이트의 결정 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 후속의 데이터 레이트는 상기 이동국에서 발생되며 다른 이동국에 무관한, 후속 데이터 레이트의 결정 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 최대 갯수는 미리 결정되어 있는, 후속 데이터 레이트의 결정 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 정체 지시자는 다수 비트로 이루어지는, 후속 데이터 레이트의 결정 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 다수 비트의 하나 이상은 조절 지시자에 대응하고, 상기 다수 비트의 하나 이상은 목표 지시자에 대응하며,상기 방법은,상기 목표 지시자가 제 1 값인 경우, 상기 조절 지시자에 따라 상기 하나 이상의 이전의 데이터 레이트를 조절하는 단계; 및상기 목표 지시자가 제 2 값인 경우, 상기 하나 이상의 이전의 데이터 레이트를 상기 이동국에 대한 목표 레이트와 비교하고, 그 비교의 제 1 결과에 응답하여, 상기 조절 지시자에 따라 상기 하나 이상의 이전의 데이터 레이트를 조절하는 것에 의해, 상기 후속의 데이터 레이트를 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 후속 데이터 레이트의 결정 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 조절 지시자가 제 1 값인 경우, 상기 조절 지시자에 따라 상기 하나 이상의 이전의 데이터 레이트를 조절하는 단계는, 상기 하나 이상의 이전의 데이터 레이트를 증가시키는 단계를 포함하고,상기 조절 지시자가 제 2 값인 경우, 상기 조절 지시자에 따라 상기 하나 이상의 이전의 데이터 레이트를 조절하는 단계는, 상기 하나 이상의 이전의 데이터 레이트를 감소시키는 단계를 포함하는, 후속 데이터 레이트의 결정 방법.
- 정체 지시자를 수신하여 그로부터 정체 조건을 결정하는 수단; 및정체 지시자의 히스토리 함수로서 그리고 이동국에 대한 데이터 레이트 히스토리의 함수로서, 후속의 데이터 레이트를 결정하는 데이터 레이트 제어 수단을 구비하는, 이동국 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,이전의 데이터 레이트를 상기 이동국에 대한 목표 레이트와 비교하는 비교 수단을 더 구비하고,상기 데이터 레이트 제어 수단은, 상기 이전의 데이터 레이트와 상기 목표 데이터 레이트를 비교한 제 1 결과에 응답하여, 상기 이전의 데이터 레이트를 조절하는 것에 의해 상기 후속의 데이터 레이트를 발생시키는, 이동국 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,동일한 값의 연속적인 정체 지시자 갯수를 카운팅하는 카운팅 수단을 더 구비하고,상기 데이터 레이트 제어 수단은, 상기 동일한 값의 연속적인 제어 지시자의 갯수가 최대 갯수 미만일 경우, 상기 이전의 데이터 레이트와 상기 목표 데이터 레이트를 비교한 제 2 결과에 응답하여, 상기 이전의 데이터 레이트를 유지하는 것에 의해 상기 후속의 데이터 레이트를 발생시키는, 이동국 장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 데이터 레이트 제어 수단은, 상기 동일한 값의 연속적인 제어 지시자의 갯수가 상기 최대 갯수 이상일 경우, 상기 이전의 데이터 레이트를 조절하는 것에 의해 상기 후속의 데이터 레이트를 발생시키는, 이동국 장치.
