Claims (10)
- 적어도 하나의 독성 성분을 포함하는 혼합물의 증류 또는 반응 증류 공정이며,하단부(2)와 상단부(3)를 갖는 적어도 하나의 패킹층(1)을 구비한 구조 패킹을 포함하는 칼럼 내에서 공정을 수행하는 단계를 포함하고,증류 또는 반응 증류시 패킹층(1)의 제1 하부 구역(6)에서 우세하게 분산되는 기상을 갖는 기포층이 달성됨과 동시에 패킹층(1)의 제2 상부 구역(7)에서 우세하게 연속되는 기상을 갖는 막 유동이 목표 지향 방식으로 달성될 수 있도록, 패킹층은 그 높이에 걸쳐 변동하는 내부 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 패킹층(1)은 그 높이에 걸쳐 변동하는 유동에 대해 저항성을 갖고, 패킹층(1)의 하부 구역(6)은 패킹층(1)의 상부 구역(7) 보다 유동에 대해 더 큰 저항성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제2항에 있어서, 패킹층(1)은 평평한 패킹 요소(4)들, 특히 절첩된 금속 시트들, 확장된 금속들, 와이어 직물들 또는 편성 메쉬들을 상호 접촉시키고, 절첩선(8)이 패킹층(1)의 상부 구역(7)에서 보다 패킹층(1)의 하부 구역(6)에서 패킹층(1)의 종축(5)에 대해 더 큰 각도를 갖는 방식으로 패킹층(1)의 높이(H)에 걸쳐 변동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제3항에 있어서, 절첩선(8)에 대한 법선과 패킹층(1)의 종축(5) 사이의 각도가 패킹층(1)의 하부 구역(6)에서 약 45 내지 75°, 양호하게는 60 내지 70°로부터, 패킹층(1)의 상부 구역(7)에서 10 내지 45°, 양호하게는 30 내지 45°까지 감소되도록 절첩선이 만곡된 경로를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제3항에 있어서, 절첩선(8)은 부분적으로 선형인 경로를 갖고, 패킹층(1)의 하부 구역(6)에서 절첩선(8)은 패킹층(1)과 45 내지 75°, 양호하게는 60 내지 70°의 각도(5)를 이루고, 패킹층(1)의 종축(5)에 대한 절첩선(8)의 각도는 하나 이상의 단계를 거쳐 상부를 향해 10 내지 45°, 양호하게는 30 내지 45°로 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 패킹층(1)의 높이는 0.05 내지 0.20m, 양호하게는 0.10 내지 0.15m이며, 패킹층(1)의 하부 구역(6)의 높이는 0.02 내지 0.1m, 양호하게는 0.03 내지 0.05m인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 패킹층(1)은 적어도 하나의 제1 부분 패킹층과 적어도 하나의 제2 부분 패킹층(10, 11)으로 이루어지고, 제1 부분 패킹층(10)과 제2 부분 패킹층(10, 11)은 그 내부 형상에 있어 상이하고, 특히 제1 부분 패킹층(10)의 유동에 대한 저항성이 제2 부분 패킹층(11)의 유동에 대한 저항성 보다 1.2 내지 5배, 양호하게는 1.5 내지 2.5배 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하부 구역(6) 또는 제1 부분 패킹층(10)은 상부 구역(7) 또는 제2 부분 패킹층(11)과 비교하여 단위 체적당 더 큰 비표면적, 특히 20 내지 100% , 양호하게는 30 내지 60% 만큼 더 큰 단위 체적당 비표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 공정을 수행하기 위한 칼럼이며, 액체 수집기 또는 분배기를 구비하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼럼.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 공정을 수행하기 위한 칼럼 또는 제9항에 따른 칼럼이며, 칼럼 상부에 있는 콘덴서는 칼럼에 통합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼럼.
