Description
Claims (14)
- 방사상의 블레이드를 구비하고 축을 기준으로 회전할 수 있게 하우징에 고정되는 터빈휠; 터빈휠을 향해 내측으로 방사상으로 연장되는 환형의 흡입통로; 상기 흡입통로를 가로질러 연장되는 환형의 베인 배열을 포함하되,상기 흡입통로는 제1 및 제2의 환형의 벽면 사이에 형성되고;상기 각 베인은 터빈 휠 블레이드에 인접하게 연장되는 트레일링 에지를 각각 구비하며;상기 각 베인의 트레일링 에지는 그 끝단에 의해 형성되는 길이부의 적어도 일부가 탈선(deviate)되는터빈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 각 베인의 트레일링 에지는 그 단부의 중간에 위치되는 불연속점을 구비하는터빈.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 불연속점 양면의 각 베인의 트레일링 에지의 일부는 적어도 실질적으로 동일 직선상에 놓이는터빈.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 직선은 터빈휠 블레이드의 끝단들에 의해 형성되는 라인과 실질적으로 평행한터빈.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 각 베인의 트레일링 에지는 터빈휠의 회전 축에 대하여 둘레방향 및/또는 방사상 방향의 길이부의 적어도 일부를 따라 만곡되는터빈.
- 제2항에 있어서,각 베인의 트레일링 에지에 복수개의 불연속점을 포함하는터빈.
- 제2항 또는 제6항에 있어서,상기 불연속점은 트레일링 에지에 형성되는 노치로 이루어지는터빈.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,흡입통로의 형상이 가변적인터빈.
- 제8항에 있어서,제1벽면이 상기 흡입통로의 너비를 가변시키기 위하여 대향 벽면에 대하여 이동가능한 이동형 벽면부재로 형성되는터빈.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 베인들은 상기 이동형 벽면부재에 의해 지지되고,상기 대향 벽면에는 상기 베인의 단부를 수용하기 위한 홈 또는 홈들이 형성되는터빈.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 이동형 벽면부재는 상기 대향벽면으로부터 연장되는 베인을 수용하기 위해 슬롯이 형성된(slotted)터빈.
- 제8항에 있어서,각 베인은 상기 흡입통로를 가로질러 연장되는 각 축을 기준으로 회전가능하게 장착되되, 상기 베인은, 흡입통로 내의 축을 기준으로 베인이 선회할 수 있게 배치되는, 액츄에이터와 결합되는터빈.
- 실질적으로 전술한 명세서에서 설명되고, 첨부된 도면에 도시된 터빈.
- 전술한 항들중 어느 한 항에 따른 터빈을 포함하는 터보차저.
