Claims (6)
- 일반식 MWO4(M은 Zn 또는 Ca)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유전체 조성물에 B2O3, LiF, KF 중 적어도 1종이 첨가제로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 B2O3의 첨가량은 유전체 조성물 전체 중량에 대하여, 10.0∼40.0 중량% 임을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 LiF의 첨가량은 유전체 조성물 전체 중량에 대하여, 0.5~3.0 중량% 임을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 KF의 첨가량은 유전체 조성물 전체 중량에 대하여, 0.5~5.0 중량% 임을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파용 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은, 유전체 조성물 전체 중량에 대하여, V2O5를 0.1∼0.2 중량% 더 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파용 유전체 세라믹조성물.
