Claims (3)
- 임의성 미생물 균주를 배양 활성화시키는 미생물 반응교반기에 있어서,상기 미생물 반응교반기는 외부에 대해 밀폐되며, 유입된 공기가 맴돌이현상으로 각층 하부까지 와류되면서 상층으로 이동하도록 내부 공간을 다수 개의 노즐관을 형성한 다수 개의 다공판에 의해 종방향으로 구획되고, 폐수의 슬러지를 고액 분리시키는 탱크와;상기 탱크의 하부로 정화할 폐수를 단속하며 공급하는 유체 공급관과;상기 탱크의 하부에 형성되어 내부의 폐수에 공기를 선택적으로 공급하여 미생물을 활성화기 위한 공기 공급관과;상기 탱크의 상단부에 형성되어 폐수의 미생물을 활성화한 공기를 상기 다공판의 노즐관을 통해 외부로 배출하기 위한 배수구와;상기 탱크의 하부에 형성되어 내부의 폐수 및 슬러지를 배출밸브에 의해 단속하며 외부로 배출하는 배출구와;상기 탱크의 종방향으로 일정간격 유격되며 개폐 가능하게 형성된 맨홀을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물 반응교반기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다공판의 노즐관은 길이방향으로 서로 엇갈리게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물 반응교반기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탱크는 상기 다공판에 의해 구획되는 각 층끼리 순환관을 연결하고 순환모터의 작동으로 내부의 폐수를 순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물 반응교반기.
