Claims (5)
- 폐수 내의 유기물을 처리하기 위한 식종 미생물 슬러지가 일정 수위가 되도록 채워지는 소화조(10)와, 폐수를 상기 소화조(10)내로 유입되게 하는 폐수유입관(12)과, 상기 소화조(10)의 내부 중앙에 수직방향으로 구비되어 소화조(10)내로 폐수가 유입되면 상부로 배출시켜 상기 소화조(10)내에서 순환되도록 안내하는 원통형상의 웰부재(20)와, 상기 웰부재(20)의 내의 폐수가 소화조(10) 내에서 순환되도록 폐수를 순환하기 위한 리프팅력을 제공하는 바이오 가스를 웰부재(20) 내에 배출하는 산기관(30)과, 상기 소화조(10)내의 폐수중에 고액분리를 통해 미생물 슬러지를 제외한 처리수가 일정수위 이상인 경우 흘러 넘쳐 분리공간(42)으로 넘어가도록 구비되는 세퍼레이터(40)와, 상기 세퍼레이터(40)를 거쳐 분리공간(42)으로 넘어와 상승되는 처리수가 배출되는 처리수배출관(50)으로 구성되는 바이오가스의 리프팅을 이용한 가스 순환형 혐기성 소화장치에 있어서;상기 세퍼레이터(40)는 하측으로 내려갈수록 분리공간이 적어지는 안내 경사면(40a)이 형성되며 상기 세퍼레이터(40)의 하측에는 분리공간(42)상의 미생물 슬러지를 소화조(10)의 내부 바닥으로 안내하는 안내부(46)가 더 형성되고, 상기 분리공간(42)에는 처리수가 유입되면 미생물 슬러지가 상승되는 것을 방지하기 위해 분리공간(42)으로 유입된 처리수를 하측으로 안내하는 배플(44)이 더 구비되고, 상기 배플(44)에 의해 안내된 처리수는 ' '자 형상의 처리수배출관(50)을 거쳐 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오가스의 리프팅을 이용한 가스 순환형 혐기성 소화장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소화조(10)의 내부 상측에는 소화조(10) 내의 미생물에 의한 유기물 분해시 발생되는 바이오가스가 배출되는 가스배출관(14)이 연결되고, 상기 가스배출관을 통해 배출되는 바이오가스를 상기 산기관(30)으로 강제 배출하는 블로어(17)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오가스의 리프팅을 이용한 가스 순환형 혐기성 소화장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 웰부재(20)는 원통형상으로 이루어지는 몸체(21)의 상단에 순환배출공(21a)이 형성되고, 몸체(21)의 하단에는 순환유입공(21b)이 형성되어서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오가스의 리프팅을 이용한 가스 순환형 혐기성 소화장치.
