Claims (5)
- 건조방식에 의해 음식물쓰레기를 처리하는 장치에 있어서,송풍팬(12)에 의해 처리조(3)에서 배출되는 배출가스를 열교환 방식에 따라 응축시켜 수분을 배출하도록 응축배관(11)의 외주면에 일정 간격으로 냉각배관(21)이 권취되는 동시에 이 냉각배관은 냉각수공급배관(21a)과 연결되어 냉각수를 순환 공급시키게 컴프레서(20)와 연결된 응축기(10);상기 응축배관의 끝단에 구비되며, 응축수에 포함된 화학성분을 탈취 및 정화시키는 응축수탈취기(30);상기 응축배관의 끝단 부분에는 배출배관(13)이 연결되는 동시에 이 배출배관의 입구에 구비되어 수증기에 포함된 화학성분의 이물질을 걸러주는 필터(40);상기 필터의 일측 배출배관에 구비되며, 내부에 히터코일이 구비되어 수증기를 태워 탈취시키는 연소기(50);로 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 음식물쓰레기처리기 작동시 발생되는 악취와 응축수를 제거하는 장치.
- 제 1 청구항에 있어서,상기 응축수탈취기(30)는 상부에 응축수가 유입되는 유입구(31)와 하부에 응축수가 탈취 및 정화되어 하수구로 배출되는 배출구(32)가 구비되고, 내부에는 상호 엇갈린 방향으로 하향 경사진 플레이트(33)가 구비되는 동시에 이 플레이트의상부에는 이물질을 걸러 탈취 및 정화시키게 격자무늬의 메쉬망(34)이 부착되어 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 음식물쓰레기처리기 작동시 발생되는 악취와 응축수를 제거하는 장치.
- 제 2 청구항에 있어서,상기 메쉬망(34)은 은(Ag), 백금(Pt), 금(Au), 구리(Cu), 아연(Zn), 황동(Cu-Zn) 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물쓰레기처리기 작동시 발생되는 악취와 응축수를 제거하는 장치.
- 제 1 청구항에 있어서,상기 필터(40)는 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐을 사용한 삼원촉매로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 음식물쓰레기처리기 작동시 발생되는 악취와 응축수를 제거하는 장치.
- 제 1 청구항에 있어서,상기 배출배관(13)의 끝단에는 탈취배관(60)이 구비되되, 이 탈취배관의 내부에는 촉매필터(61)가 구비되는 동시에 이 촉매필터의 외부에는 경사지게 구멍(62a)이 형성된 하우징(62)이 씌워져 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 음식물쓰레기처리기 작동시 발생되는 악취와 응축수를 제거하는 장치.
