Claims (5)
- 악취발생원에 악취를 포집하기 위한설치되는 후드 및 덕트와;포집된 악취에 포함된 습기를 제거하기 위한 제습장치와;제습된 악취를 급기시키는 급기팬과;분말활성탄이 도포된 활성매트에 TiO2를 재코팅시켜 제작된 탈취매트와;상기 악취의 산화분해 향상 및 분말활성탄의 재생을 위하여 상기 탈취매트 위쪽에 설치되는 UV램프와;상기 탈취매트를 통과한 악취가 상기 덕트를 따라 이송되어 최종 포집되는 탈취탑 케이스와;최종적으로 탈취된 가스를 외부로 배출시키기 위하여 상기 탈취탑 케이스와 연결 설치되는 가스배출관과;상기 악취를 빨아드리는 동시에 이송시킬 수 있도록 상기 후드 및 덕트 등에 연결 설치되는 송풍수단을 포함하여 구성된 악취 제거 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 탈취매트는 폴리에틸렌 매트에 분말활성탄이 코팅된 14mm 두께 구조로서, 다시 그 표면에 분말 TiO2가 약 2∼3mm 두께로 도포된 것을 특징으로 하는 악취 제거 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 가스배출관에는 시료 채취를 위한 가스유출 점검구가 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 악취 제거 장치.
- 악취발생원으로부터 악취를 포집하는 단계와;포집된 악취에 포함된 습기를 제거하는 단계와;습기가 제거된 악취가 분말활성탄이 도포된 활성매트에 TiO2를 재코팅시켜 제작된 탈취매트를 통과하면서 흡착되는 단계와;상기 탈취매트에 자외선(UV)을 조사하여 TiO2의 광촉매 방응이 일어나게 함으로써, 탈취매트에 흡착된 악취 유기물이 산화분해되는 동시에 분말활성탄의 재생이 이루어지도록 한 단계와;탈취된 가스를 최종 포집하여 외부로 배출시키는 단계로 이루어지는 악취 제거 방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 탈취된 가스에 대한 시료를 채취하여 악취 제거 정도를 점검하는 단계가 더 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취 제거 방법.
