Claims (6)
- 흡입구와 토출구가 형성된 케이스와,상기 케이스내에 구비되어 오염공기에 대한 흡입력을 발생시키는 블로워와,상기 케이스내에 구비되어 흡입되는 오염공기를 정화시키는 공기정화수단을 포함하되,상기 공기정화수단은,상기 흡입구의 후방에 구비되어 흡입되는 오염공기중에 함유된 상대적으로 조대한 오염물질을 흡착하여 제거하게 되는 전처리필터와,상기 전처리필터를 통과하여 유입되는 오염공기가 그 내부에서 와류를 형성하여 지연 체류되도록 하게 되는 와류형성공간부와,광촉매필터의 양측에 각각 UV램프가 구비되도록 UV램프와 광촉매필터의 조합으로 이루어져 상기 와류형성공간부측에 구비된 상기 UV램프가 조사하는 자외선에 의해 상기 와류형성공간부내에 체류되는 오염공기가 탈취 및 살균되도록 하면서 상기 UV램프와 상기 광촉매필터의 광촉매 산화반응에 의해 유입되는 오염공기가 또한 주로 탈취되도록 하게 되는 광분해반응부와,상기 광분해반응부 다음에 구비되되 활성탄필터로 이루어져 오염공기가 통과되면서 잔류하는 오염물질이 흡착 제거되어 주로 탈취되도록 하게 되는 흡착제거부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 병합식 공기정화기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전처리필터는,오염물질에 대한 일부 탈취기능을 제공할 수 있도록 그 기지의 표면상에 제올라이트가 코팅된 것이 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 병합식 공기정화기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 전처리필터는,상기 와류형성공간부에서 오염공기의 와류가 형성되도록 하기 위해 경사지도록 설치되어 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 병합식 공기정화기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 활성탄필터는,허니컴 형상의 종이필터내에 펠렛형태의 활성탄이 다수개씩 충진되어 있는 형태의 것이 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 병합식 공기정화기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 활성탄필터는,일부 살균기능의 제공을 위해 상기 종이필터의 표면상에 은나노가 코팅된 것이 이용되게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 병합식 공기정화기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공기정화수단을 통과하여 정화된 후 상기 토출구를 통해 배출될 청정공기에 기능성이 제공되도록 하는 기능장치부를 더 포함하되,상기 기능장치부는,음이온발생기 또는 향분사기인 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 병합식 공기청정기.
