Claims (4)
- 프레임에 냉각파이프가 다단으로 고정되어 상부에서 하부로 냉매가스가 흐르도록 하는 냉동장치의 응축기에 있어서,상기 냉각파이프는 일단에서는 인접한 상단 파이프의 일단과 동일한 높이를 갖고, 타단에서는 인접한 하단 파이프의 타단과 동일한 높이를 가지도록 홀수단과 짝수단이 기울기의 방향이 서로 반대가 되도록 상기 프레임에 고정되고,양단이 막힌 파이프 형태로 형성되고, 하부에 냉매액이 고이도록 상기 냉각파이프의 단부가 측면 중앙부에 연결되는 헤더가 다단으로 각각 구비되며,상기 각각의 헤더를 수직으로 연결하는 냉매액 배출관이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 증발식 응축기의 냉각파이프 블록.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 냉각파이프를 다수 구비하여 상기 프레임의 동일한 층에 평행하게 다수의 열로 고정되고, 단부는 상기 헤더에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 증발식 응축기의 냉각파이프 블록.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,동일한 층을 이루는 냉각파이프에 동일한 기울기를 갖되 방향이 반대인 냉각파이프를 대향으로 추가로 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발식 응축기의 냉각파이프 블록.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 냉각파이프의 직경보다 헤더의 직경 또는 높이가 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 증발식 응축기의 냉각파이프 블록.
