Claims (3)
- 슬라이딩면 위에 용사피막 (4)을 구비하는 내마모성 슬라이딩 부재 (1)에 있어서,상기 용사피복 (4)은 내마모층 (5)과 러닝인층 (6)을 포함하고,상기 러닝인층 (6)은 순동, 황동, 청동으로 구성된 재료군 중에서 선택된 한 용사재를 용사하여 상기 내마모층 (5)의 외주면 위에 형성되며, 외주면 위에 러닝인층 (6)이 형성 되기 전에는 상기 외주면이 기계 가공되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 슬라이딩 부재 (1).
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 재료군 중에서 선택되는 황동, 청동 모두는 동함유량이 중량비로 91%를 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 슬라이딩 부재 (1).
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 러닝인층 (6)은 상기 내마모층 (5)의 최대 표면 거칠기 (Ry) 보다 더 큰 층 두께 (T)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 슬라이딩 부재 (1).
