인체에 유익한 황토의 주성분을 최대한 유지 효과를 얻기위해 불에 굽지 않고 유압 프레스 사출로 자연건조와 양생후 균열방지을 위해 톱밥(육송의 진한 송진향과 통기성 경량감) 혼합하여 만든 살아 숨쉬는 황토타일

·기존 난방에 시공할 수 있는 구들장 타일
·전기 가열 장치 온돌 침대 매트 타일
·황토 미장으로 벽 바름 두께와 균열보강 한계를 넘어 원하는 두께 벽 타일.

황토타일을 불에 굽지않고 유압프레스 사출로 자연건조하여 황토의 주성분을 그대로 이용하고자 함
화학첨가제를 넣지 않음

Claims (1)

  1. 지금까지 모든 황토 타일종류는 고열 구워 건조시켜 황토의 주성분을 활용하지 못한 것을 문제로 본 황토타일은 불순물을 제거한 깨끗한 황토 90% 톱밥(육송톱밥의 진한 향기와 통기성, 경량감) 10% 교반기에 잘 반죽하여 성형기에 넣어 유압프레스 사출하여 불에 굽지않고 자연건조하여 우리 생활에 필요한 내장용 벽타일, 전기가열 장치하여 이동식 침대매트와 온돌구들장 타일을 제조하는 방법.
