Claims (10)
- 하기 화학식 (1)로 표시되는 카본산 에스테르 화합물.화학식 (1)[여기서 X는 파라나이트로페닐옥시, 이미다조일, Cl 또는 BrY는 S,Ar은 불소기가 포함된 아릴기]
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 Ar기는중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 카본산 에스테르 화합물.
- arylhalide의 불화유도체와 mercaptoethanol을 반응시켜 2-(phenylsulfanyl)-ethanol의 불화 유도체를 얻는 단계; 및상기 2-(phenylsulfanyl)-ethanol 불화 유도체를 파라나이트로페닐옥시, 이미다조일, Cl 또는 Br과 반응시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항에 의한 카본산 에스테르 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 arylhalide는 arylchloride인 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항에 의한 카본산 에스테르 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 의한 카본산 에스테르 화합물로 아미노기를 보호하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 의한 카본산 에스테르 화합물로 아미노기가 보호된 화학식 (2)로 표시되는 화합물.화학식 (2)[여기서 Y는 S 또는 SO2Ar은 불소기가 포함된 아릴기R은 카르복시산 또는 에스테를 포함한 아미노산 및 그 유도체, 카르복시산 또는 에스테르를 포함한 헤테로 고리 화합물]
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 Ar기는중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 카본산 에스테르 화합물.
- 펩티드 합성방법에 있어서,(A) 제 1 항에 의한 카본산 에스테르로 카르복시산 또는 에스테를 포함한 아미노산 및 그 유도체, 카르복시산 또는 에스테르를 포함한 헤테로 고리 화합물의 아미노기를 보호하는 캡핑단계;(B) 상기 화합물의 에스테르를 산화시켜 가르복시산으로 변환하는 카르복시산 형성단계;(C) 상기 카르복시산이 형성된 화합물의 카르복시기와 카르복시산 또는 에스테를포함한 아미노산 및 그 유도체, 카르복시산 또는 에스테르를 포함한 헤테로 고리 화합물의 아미노기 사이를 결합시키는 펩티드결합단계;(D) 상기 카본산 에스테르 부위의 S를 산화시켜 SO2로 변환하는 산화단계; 및(E) 상기 펩티드결합단계를 거친 화합물을 염기조건에서 상기 카본산 에스테르 부위(moiety)를 제거하는 디캡핑단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펩티드 합성방법.
- 제 8 항에서, 상기 (D) 산화단계는 상기 (A) 캡핑단계와 상기 (E) 디캡핑단계 사이의 어느 단계 전후에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펩티드 합성방법.
- 제 8 항에서, 상기 (D) 산화단계는 (E) 디캡핑단계와 동시에 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 펩티드 합성방법.
