Claims (10)
- 용융된 금속 접촉면(11)을 통해 용융된 금속 내에 가스를 주입하는 다공성 고형 내화 플러그 또는 벽돌(1)로서, ⅰ)용융된 금속 접촉면(11)을 제외하고 실질적으로 비다공성 본체(9) 내에 거의 봉입된 다공성 내화 본체(2)와, ⅱ)가스원으로부터 다공성 본체(2)를 향해 가스를 급송하는 가스 안내 수단(3, 5)을 포함하는 플러그 또는 벽돌에 있어서,상기 비다공성 본체(9)는 내화 재료로 제조되고 상기 다공성 본체(2)와 비다공성 본체(9)는 함께 압착된 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 또는 벽돌.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스 안내 수단(3, 5)은 가스 충만실(3)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 또는 벽돌.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 본체와 비다공성 본체는 열팽창 계수가 유사한 내화 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 또는 벽돌.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 본체와 비다공성 본체는 50 중량%, 바람직하게는 80 중량%를 초과하는 마그네시아, 마그네시아 스피넬, 알루미나 또는 알루미나 스피넬로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 또는 벽돌.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비다공성 본체는 50 중량%, 바람직하게는 80 중량%를 초과하는 마그네시아, 마그네시아 스피넬, 알루미나 또는 알루미나 스피넬로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 또는 벽돌.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 본체(2)는 용융된 금속 접촉면을 향해 테이퍼진 섹션(7)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 또는 벽돌.
- 용융된 금속 접촉면을 통해 용융된 금속 내로 가스를 주입하는 다공성 고형 내화 플러그 또는 벽돌의 제조 방법으로서,1)다공성 본체와 비다공성 본체를 구성하는 동시에 이들 본체에 원하는 경계와 관련된 적당량의 내화 재료를 몰드 내로 도입하는 단계와,2)상기 내화 재료를 동시에 함께 압착하는 단계와,3)가스 안내 수단을 마련하는 단계와,4)함께 압착된 내화 재료를 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 가스 안내 수단은 가스 충만실을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 가스 안내 수단을 마련하는 단계(3)는 다공성 본체와 비다공성 본체 사이의 접합부에서 몰드 내에 소비재 스트립을 도입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 소비재는 왁스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
