Claims (6)
- 기판을 합착하기 위한 합착기 챔버와,상기 합착기 챔버의 상측 공간과 하측 공간에 설치된 상부 스테이지 및 최소 하나 이상의 수용부를 구비한 하부 스테이지와,상기 하부 스테이지 위에 위치되는 기판을 받쳐주는 받침부를 구비하여 상기 수용부의 내부에 상기 받침부가 수용 또는 승강 가능하도록 구동하는 리프팅 수단과,상기 반침부에 형성되어 가스 또는 공기를 분사하는 블로잉 수단을 구비하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 합착 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,리프팅 수단은상기 받침부와 일체화된 상태로써 상기 받침부를 상하 이동시키는 승강축과,상기 승강축에 연결되어 상기 승강축이 승강되도록 구동하는 구동부와,상기 반침부에 공기 또는 가스를 공급하는 공급관을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 합착 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수용부는 상기 하부 스테이지의 상면에 상기 하부 스테이지의 장변 또는 단변 방향을 따라 적어도 1개 이상 길게 형성되고,상기 받침부는 상기 수용부의 형상에 대응하여 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 합착 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 블로잉 수단은 복수개의 홀로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 합착 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 블로잉 수단은 블로잉 슬릿으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 합착 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 받침부는 테프론이나 피크 또는, 전류가 흐를 수 있는 재질의 코팅재가 코팅됨을 특징으로 하는 합착 장치.
