本发明属于包装机械设备技术领域,涉及瓦楞纸板机的组成部件,具体地说是一种节能复合道,包括托板,所述托板顶面设有下线带,在所述下线带上表面两端分别固定有一个定尺块,上线带支承于所述定尺块上;所述下线带底部两端分别固定有左真空道、右真空道,所述左真空道及右真空道上端分别接通上线带与下线带形成的复合道,所述托板底部中间位置固定有一个风道,风道上端通过气口接通上线带与下线带形成的复合道;所述托板上还贯通设置有排气口。使用该复合道能有效减小瓦楞纸复合作业时的摩擦力,达到节能的目的。

技术领域
本发明属于包装机械设备技术领域,涉及瓦楞纸板机的组成部件,具体地说是一种节能复合道。
背景技术
在包装行业中,复合始终是一个大课题,各种纸张的复合遇到的同一个问题是上胶后,通常均需有压力才能牢固,由此导致劳动强度较大且工作效率受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种结构简单、巧妙、合理的节能复合道,使用该复合道能有效减小瓦楞纸复合作业时线带牵引的摩擦力,达到节能的目的。
按照本发明提供的技术方案:一种节能复合道,特征在于:包括托板,所述托板顶面设有下线带,在所述下线带上表面两端分别固定有一个定尺块,上线带支承于所述定尺块上;所述下线带底部两端分别固定有左真空道、右真空道,所述左真空道及右真空道上端分别接通上线带与下线带形成的复合道,所述托板底部中间位置固定有一个风道,风道上端通过气口贯通托板;所述托板上还贯通设置有排气口。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述气口设置于风道与托板所围成的区域内,且气口的数量至少为一个。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述排气口的数量至少为一个。
本发明与现有技术相比,优点在于:本发明产品结构简单、设计合理,在生产实践中能有效实现节能的目的,其能实现节能的原理是:在瓦楞纸复合作业时,通过向风道吹气,将下线带与托板隔开,可以有效减少下线带所受到的摩擦力,同时吹入的压力气还能将下线带紧贴瓦楞纸,有效提高复合效果,增加线带使用寿命,降低能耗。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,包括上线带1、下线带2、左真空道3、右真空道4、托板5、气口6、真空口7、排气口8、定尺块9等。
如图1所示,本发明一种节能复合道,包括托板5,所述托板5顶面设有下线带2,在所述下线带2上表面两端分别固定有一个定尺块8,上线带1支承于所述定尺块8上;所述下线带2底部两端分别固定有左真空道3、右真空道4,所述左真空道3及右真空道4上端分别接通上线带1与下线带2形成的复合道,所述托板5底部中间位置固定有一个风道,风道上端通过气口6贯通托板5;所述托板5上还贯通设置有排气口8。
所述气口6设置于风道与托板5所围成的区域内,且气口6的数量至少为一个。当气口6的数量为一个时,该气口的直径可以与风道直径相等,或者小于风道直径;当气口6的数量为多个时,多个气口均布设置于风道上端与托板5所围成的区域内。
所述排气口8的数量至少为一个,排气口8用于将托板5与下线带2之间由风道充入的过量气体排出。
本发明产品的工作原理如下:瓦楞纸置于上线带1与下线带2之间,并在上线带1与下线带2的带动下进行粘合定型。在瓦楞纸进行粘合定型作业前,首先由左真空道3及右真空道4进行抽真空作业,然后通过风道对复合道进行吹气,使下线带2与托板5相隔开,减少摩擦力,达到节能的目的,同时吹入的压力气体还可以将下线带2向上托起,使得下线带2与瓦楞纸紧贴在一起,提高复合效果。

1.一种节能复合道,其特征在于:包括托板(5),所述托板(5)顶面设有下线带(2),在所述下线带(2)上表面两端分别固定有一个定尺块(8),上线带(1)支承于所述定尺块(8)上;所述下线带(2)底部两端分别固定有左真空道(3)、右真空道(4),所述左真空道(3)及右真空道(4)上端分别接通上线带(1)与下线带(2)形成的复合道,所述托板(5)底部中间位置固定有一个风道,风道上端通过气口(6)贯通托板(5);所述托板(5)上还贯通设置有排气口(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种节能复合道,其特征在:所述气口(6)设置于风道与托板(5)所围成的区域内,且气口(6)的数量至少为一个。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种节能复合道,其特征在于:所述排气口(8)的数量至少为一个。
