Claims (5)
- 마늘을 재배함에 있어서, 키토산, 베타글루칸 및 펙틴 분해물 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 식물면역활성 물질 0.01 - 0.5% 용액에 마늘 종자를 침지시키고 건조한 후 재배하고 재배 과정 중에 상기 식물면역활성 물질의 용액을 2 - 5회 분무하여 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물면역활성 물질을 이용한 마늘의 재배방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식물면역활성 물질은 20 - 100 cps (분자량 61,000-155,000)와 5 - 15 cps (분자량 12,000-44,000)농도의 물질을 1:1로 배합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마늘의 재배방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식물면역활성 물질로서 30 cps (분자량 74,000) 키토산 단독 또는 30 cps와 10 cps (분자량 37,000)를 1:1로 혼합한 키토산을 0.05-0.1% 용액 (pH 5-6)으로 제조한 용액에 마늘종자를 10 - 1시간 침지한 후 풍건하여 재배하되, 재배 과정 중에 상기 용액을 2 - 5회 분무하여 시비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마늘의 재배방법.
- 상기 제3항의 방법으로 재배하여 수확한 마늘.
- 30 cps (분자량 74,000) 키토산 단독 또는 30 cps와 10 cps (분자량 37,000)를 1:1로 혼합한 키토산의 0.05-0.1% 용액으로 구성되고 pH 5-6인 마늘 재배용 식물면역활성 물질 조성물.
