Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- (i) 포유동물로부터 콜라겐성 생체조직을 수득하는 단계;(ii) 전기 수득한 생체조직을 폴리에폭시 화합물로 처리하여 가교된 콜라겐을 포함하는 생체조직을 수득하는 단계;(iii) 전기 수득한 생체조직으로부터 세포를 제거하여 무세포 조직을 수득하는 단계; 및,(iv) 전기 수득한 무세포 조직을 히알루론산이 함유된 동결보존액에 침지하고, 동결건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 생체복원물질의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,콜라겐성 생체조직은 포유동물의 근막, 양막, 태반, 진피층 또는표피층인 것을 특징으로 하는생체복원물질의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,폴리에폭시 화합물은 폴리글리세롤 폴리글리시딜 에테르(polyglycerolpolyglycidyl ether) 또는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 글리시딜에테르(polyethylene glycol glycidyl ether)인 것을 특징으로 하는생체복원물질의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,폴리에폭시는 1-7%(w/v) 농도, pH 8-11, 30-45℃ 조건에서10-20시간 동안 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는생체복원물질의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,동결건조된 무세포 조직을 액체질소가 채워진 충격분쇄 용기 안에서동결분쇄하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는생체복원물질의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,동결건조된 무세포 조직을 재수화하여 절단하는 단계를 추가로포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는생체복원물질의 제조방법.
- 제 1항의 방법으로 제조된, 포유동물의 콜라겐성 생체조직을 주재로 한 생체복원물질.
