Claims (7)
- 수직으로 이격된 바람직하게는 촉매 입자 베드인 반응 베드, 및 인접하는 베드 사이에서 유체 혼합 장치를 포함하는 다중 베드 하강유동 반응기에 있어서,상기 혼합 장치는,(i) 실질적으로 수평인 수집 트레이;(ii) 상기 수집 트레이의 상부 면과 직접 유체소통하는 상단부 및 하단의 유출 개구를 가지며, 수집 트레이 아래에 설치된 액체 혼합용 교반실; 및(iii) 액체 및 가스의 하강 유동을 위한 다수의 개구 또는 다운코머 (downcomers) 가 제공되며, 상기 교반실 아래에 배치된 실질적으로 수평인 분배 트레이를 포함하며,각각의 반응 베드는 중앙 개구부가 제공된 지지 트레이 위에 놓여있고, 혼합 장치 위의 반응 베드로부터 혼합 장치 아래의 반응 베드까지 수직 슈트가 형성되도록, 상기 반응기는 각각의 중앙 개구부를 통해 신장하는 개방단 파이프를 더 포함하며, 혼합 장치의 교반실은 개방단 파이프 주위에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 베드 하강유동 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 정상 작동 동안, 파이프의 상단에는, 제거 가능한 폐쇄물, 바람직하게는 브레이크플레이트가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 교반실의 길이는 그 내경의 0.35배 이상, 바람직하게는 0.5배 이상, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.65배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수집 트레이에는 바람직하게는 이 수집 트레이를 통해 신장하는 하나 이상의 다운코머 형태의 가스 통과를 위한 수단이 추가적으로 제공되며, 상기 다운코머에는 상기 수집 트레이 위에 배치된 가스 유입구 및 상기 수집 트레이 하부면과 동일 높이 또는 이 수집 트레이 아래에 배치된 가스 유출구가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 반응기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수집 트레이 위에 배치되어 켄치 유체를 분배하기 위한 수단을 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 교반실과 상기 분배 트레이 사이에 설치된 실질적으로 수평인 예비-분배 트레이를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응기.
- 탄화수소 처리에서 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 상기 다중 베드 하강유동 반응기의 사용.
