Claims (1)
- 중량비로 C:0.02%이하, Mn:0.5% 이하, P:0.04% 이하, S:0.01% 이하, Cr: 11-20%, N:0.02% 이하, Ti:10X(C+N) ≤ Ti ≤ 25X(C+N), 나머지 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 스테인레스강을 1200-1250℃ 온도범위로 가열하여 열간압연하는 단계와; 750-900℃ 온도범위로 사상압연하는 단계와; 1000-1100℃ 온도범위에서 열연소둔한 다음 급냉하는 단계와; 냉간압연율 70% 이상으로 냉간 압연하는 단계와; 상기 열연소둔과 동일한 조건으로 냉연소둔처리한 다음, 급냉하는 단계;로 이루어지고 상기 페라이트계 스테인레스강으로 용접을 실시할때 600~700oC에서 1~5시간동안 예민화방지 열처리를 하여 입계부식을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 스테인레스강의 용접부 입계부식 방지 방법.
